Apartment #2 is a private one bedroom apartment upstairs right looking from road. It has asmall patio at entrance, then a kitchenette with small table and chairs. A bedroom with 2 beds, bathroom. TV, Aircon, fan, outdoor garden. There is a cool tropical breeze blowing most of the time especially during Dec- April with cool windy cinditions. Fans provided.
Regular rate is 70 US with aircon. a discounted rate can be given without Aircon.
No unregistered guests overnighting in apartment.
Washing machine at back garden and hanging lines.
Outdoor garden to relax and enjoy.
There is a garden but NO pool. Some hotels allow tourists to use their pool such as Dover Beach hotel, once you buy drinks at the pool bar.

Misleading Fees

We booked an air-conditioned unit. We were provided with several different emails and different prices based on a/c unit. We finally requested a confirmation of total fees before we booked. The manager emailed us the price and we booked and paid in full. 3 days after checking in, the manager demanded cash to continue using the air-conditioning. We refused and decided to go without a/c for our stay. We would have left and gotten other accomodation however, based on this misleading practice, we knew we wouldn't get our money back. The property manager also informed that she would not be cleaning due to covid but we were still charged a cleaning fee. We asked for a mop and broom so that we could perform our own cleaning and were provided with dirty and broken items.

Relaxing and away from it all. Quiet and breezy with a garden to relax in a deck chair. Each apartment has it own private entrance and patio.

Relaxing and away from it all. Quiet neighborhood for walking or jogging. Marcia my neighbor has a taxi, if you need transport. Neighborhood watch in effect and security patrols. Shoe walk to St. Lawrence Gap and Dover beach. Close to Sheraton center with a food court open from 11.30 am - 9 pm.
