The Environment - This is dear to our heart, BLR believes in sustainable development and we aim to minimize all negative impacts. With that Said:
● Turn off all lights/fans and taps when not in use.
● Please immediately report any leaking or broken taps to Front Desk.
● Turn of A/C when not in use. All windows and doors must be closed while utilizing the A/C unit.

Housekeeping- The $50USD that was charged on your booking is to provide the following housekeeping service.
1. Clean room on arrival and on check out
2. Provide full housekeeping service and linen change 3 days after arrival (meaning, if you arrived Sunday, you will received full housekeeping service Wednesday.
3. If require any additional cleaning services, please request with Front Desk or your assigned housekeeper. The cost is $10USD per day which will be paid to your assigned housekeeper. You can pay this at the front desk or directly to your housekeeper.

Laundry - Service will be provided at a cost of $10 USD for washing services and $10 USD for drying services.

Keys - You will receive (1) one key upon arrival. If lost, the lock in the apartment must be replaced at a cost to you at 75usd

Guest Supplies - BLR Beach Resort will provide welcome amenities for your arrival and replenish the toiletries for your apartment. If you should require any additional items for your room, they can be purchased at the nearest supermarket.

Smoking - No smoking will be permitted in suites or balconies. Designated smoking areas will be provided. Front desk can direct you to the designated areas. You will forfeit your deposit if you smoke on property.

Security - There will be 24 hour cameras on the property in all public areas. However, we advise that you lock all valuables in the safe when NOT in the suite/apartment and lock your door when going out. Ensure you lock/close the front gate at night for your safety. The gate code is 1469.

Gym - The gym will be open 24 hours for your accessibility.

Pool - The pool will be open 24 hours. However, it will be closed between the hours of 6:00 AM to 8:00 AM for maintenance. Due to the lack of a lifeguard, it is imperative that you monitor the activity of your children around this area. Children under 12 years are not allowed in the pool unless accompanied by an adult (18 years or older).

Security Deposit - $75USD will be charged this is refundable if there is no smoking in rooms, no damage to room, no missing items and no house rules are broken.
Please note no diving in pool, front desk must be aware of additional guest(s), no illegal activity. Please note no loud music, no abnormal behavior that would disturb other guests.

Check out – Please turn off all lights, fans and A/C. Leave all keys at Front Desk or for check-outs after hours key drop box is located on door next to Front Desk, room settlements to be conducted by 10:00 AM.
