You’re in the mountains at an altitude of 2,000 meters (snow guaranteed) with magnificent landscapes and views of peaks rising over 3,000 meters. The residence is located in a quiet, elevated area. You can walk into town. There’s a shuttle that takes you directly to the gondolas, which will take you up to 2,800 meters, and to the chairlifts that provide access to the entire VIALATTEA ski area (400 km of trails), which extends all the way to France (Montgenèvre).

Public transportation runs nearby, but you’ll be able to do plenty of things and reach the heart of Sestrières on foot.
