Welcome to my apartment of 61 square meters located in an upscale residence. You can enjoy the calm and a wooded setting close to Paris, with the metro line 8 10 minutes walk. The apartment is located on the 1st floor with elevator. The Bois de Vincennes is ideal for walking. Very good stay!

The accommodation is composed of :
- two rooms with two double beds,
- a bathroom,
- a well-equipped kitchen
- and a nice living room with a television to relax after an intense day.
It also has a small BALCONY which will be very appreciated in summer!

You will have everything at your disposal to have an excellent stay: Parking, Hair dryer, Television, Dishwasher, Washing machine, Dryer, Elevator, Coffee machine, Microwave, Oven.
You will be very well served by public transport, to walk or go out in the evening in Paris!
A professional cleaning is done before and after each traveler.

The neighborhood is very popular with locals and tourists, so don't hesitate to ask me for good addresses, I'll be happy to share my favorites with you!
Various bars, restaurants and shops are nearby. For your shopping, you will find the Supermarket G20 at 5 minutes on foot.
