This North Forest Beach 6 bedroom, 6 bath, 2 half-bath oceanfront oasis offers a beautiful lawn with private beach access and so much more. Enjoy the large pool, spa, and expansive deck for fun in the sun. If you need shade, the covered patio is a terrific outdoor space with your bar and grill. A vast open kitchen, dining, and living area are bright and spacious with soaring windows and breathtaking vistas. Upstairs, the loft is perfect for working or reading. Both floors host laundry areas for your convenience. The bedrooms have private baths. Each of these gorgeous ensuites has a light beachy vibe and great views. For the best in island living, this beach retreat has it all.

Absolutely beautiful home and gorgeous location. It is well appointed, perfect for our group of adults and we had such a great stay! We were just short steps from the beach and had the pool as well! We absolutely love the golden retriever gates as we have goldens as well! Super property to stay at!

Clean house and great outdoors entertainment for all ages. Indoor furnishings were very nice. Dryer was broken but quickly replaced with a brand new one!

This is a great house service is also great. The only problem there is no railing on the steps of the pool, if someone has a medical problem you can’t use the pool. I would like to know why there is no railing I would think you would have to have one on a rental,

Best vacation ever! We stayed April 2022

Our large group of adults and teen kids couldn’t have been happier with this property. 2 sets of washers and dryers 1 on the main floor and 1 upstairs. It has an elevator which came in extremely handy when bringing luggage and groceries. The outside bar area by the pool is amazing must be an 80 inch tv out there. There is also a tv on the deck off the kitchen. There is a outside sound system around the pool, bar area, and on the deck it works awesome Bluetooth right from your phone and it is loud and clear. They had plenty of beach towels and bathroom towels so many that it seemed they never ran out! Every bedroom has a bathroom and the bedrooms are very large! The location was amazing nice and quiet but close enough to shops and restaurants you can ride bikes if you want. The house was very clean and we didn’t have any complaints. Just an amazing experience at this house I would recommend any large group to stay here you will have a blast!

Your home is lovely, perfect walk to the beach.

We enjoyed our stay, there are plenty of toys, beach chairs, coolers, umbrellas, games underneath the house that are there for your enjoyment… wish we knew that beforehand, you don’t have to bring anything for your stay. View was awesome!

Wonderful Vacation

Beautiful property! My husband thoroughly enjoyed relaxing at the house and playing golf. The kids said it was the best pool ever. Everything met or exceeded our expectations.

Heaven on earth!

We loved this house! The location was within walking distance or a short bike ride to Coligny Plaza and the beach was beautiful and clean. The owners had absolutely everything we needed, for cooking and for fun. Between the pool, the beach, the tiki bar, the fire pit, the bikes and the large porch we honestly hardly left the house all week. We were never bored. This house sleeps a lot of people so it’s great for large groups. Comfortable beds. Appreciated having the beach towels and linens provided. There were a few maintenance issues but that’s home ownership. Already planning our trip again next year. Thank you for a perfect week in a great house!

Fabulous property!

My family, siblings and cousins (32 of us) spent the week of July 10-17 in three homes on the beach in N. Forest Beach. This home was just amazing. We loved everything about it. The location on the beach was terrific and it's close to everything. The decor is beautiful and we loved the large outside gathering areas around the pool, lawn and fire pit. It was the perfect vacation home!

Just amazing!!

A beautiful, well kept, older home. Amazing views of the beach, beautiful large pool, and a wonderful poolside bar! This house is really set up well for large families. The small appliances, and all cooking supplies were top notch, and lots of them. We’ve been vacationing in N Forest Beach for the past 20 years, this was the best house we’ve stayed in!!
