A beautiful, comfortable house with all the things you need to relax. Amazing views - we watched dolphins go by in the ocean from the dining room and deck multiples times.

Beach view was obstructed by sand dune. Could still see the ocean. Pool was very nice but not very private with public beach access right beside it.Bathrooms in house are very basic. Screened porch overlooking pool and ocean was excellent.

Lovely beach house

Great beach house! Walking distance to everything you could need. Beach was beautiful and clean. Bikes and beach chairs provided which is plus. Quiet neighborhood. Lovely home we would absolutely stay again.

Love this house and the location. Easy for kids to ride bikes to Coligny. Vacation Company was extremely responsive to all requests. Bushes on outside stairs to pool need trimming back from where you walk. Screen on porch needs to be attached to door and to one panel.

Property was in a great location, close to beach and Coligny Plaza. Property could use some updating and a bit more cleaning. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay.

The home was wonderful for our week long stay. Furnished well, easy to check in, clean, location was.perfect for walking to local food, shopping and activities. Access to the beach was perfect also. A few boards on the upper deck and beach access were loose and should be looked at. The rocking chair slats were broken on one chair but outside of that, the home was perfect and we'd definitely rent again in the future!

Great family vacation

We had a very enjoyable vacation with three generations of family coming together at the house. The property was consistent with the photos and description and the pool and proximity to beach was great. Would visit again.

Great in Every Way

Everything about this property was wonderful! The location, the layout , the cleanliness, the beach and the view! We had a small problem with the smoke detectors chirping, but the management company responded very quickly and took care of it. We will definitely stay here again!

Wonderful location and view

Our family loved sitting on the screened in porch in the mornings. We did not expect the window AC unit in the basement bedroom, and the basement shower drain was very slow. We loved the location and walking to the Coligny shops and restaurants.

Great family place

This was a great beach vacation home for the family. The home was beautiful and right on the beach. I do wish there were some precautions around the pool; the door downstairs has no deadbolt, so we have to put a piece of furniture in front of the downstairs door to make sure that the kids could not get out to the pool unsupervised. There was also some miscommunications regarding the cost of the heated pool fee, but once I got the right people on the phone, they were helpful and great to work with. They were also very responsive when we had a question while on property. We would definitely stay there again!

The hosue had everything we needed and the location was fabulous! We really enjoyed the screened in porch and couldn't keep the kids out of the pool! Some updates have been done to the kitchen and bath but it looked like the master bath was only half done. Some of the showers are odd sizes. The rooms are good sized and lots of seating options for lounging and dining. The downstairs great room was very spacious but we didn't spend much time there because of the seating options. Would be great if there was a big couch or sectional. The main door doesn't lock from inside and doesn't have a pool alarm, which if you have small children is a little worrisome. Overall we had a lovely time and check in/chcek out was seamless.

This place was fine but much room for improvements.

This property needs upgrades ASAP! It needs a dedicated front door! It needs an additional refrigerator/kitchenette downstairs. The two bedroom areas in the downstairs area need to have their own door openings to the main room. Currently, you have to walk through one to get to the other. There is also a moisture issue in the downstairs area. The humidifier would fill up often and would need to be emptied. We did enjoy the screened in porch/balcony. The screening needs repaired along the top which should be a quick fix. We bought supplies to fix a broken rocker while we were there.

Great Vacation Spot

The house was everything it said it was! Just a few things I wish we had a little more information on but overall…We LOVED IT!!! We loved how close it was to everything. Only a couple of blocks from Coligny Plaza for shopping and eating out. We vacationed the last week of October so wasn’t sure how the weather was going to be, so we opted to heat the pool and what a great idea that was. Although the weather was perfect (mid-high 70s) we were in the pool most of the day and into the night. The house had pretty much everything you would expect for a rental, but definitely take note of the supplies to bring, for instance salt and pepper, cooking oil, extra trash bags, and a bottle of cleaning spray should be on your radar of things to bring. They do offer dishwashing liquid as well as dishwasher pods, a few laundry pods, and cleaning sponges and towels, but there wasn’t a spray to wipe things down with. Vacation towels galore!! They provided plenty! And added bonus, there was a Kuerig there for all the coffee pod drinkers. We really couldn’t have asked for a better vacation spot this year. Just a heads up, landscapers, trash collectors and pool cleaners will be coming on the property to maintain and clean at VERY early hours in the day. Overall a GREAT VACATION spot!! Hope y’all enjoy as much as we did!

Nice, but room for improvement.

Spent two weeks here with the family in early-Jan, 2021. Positives Terrific location. Beautiful views. Direct access to the beach. Owner allowed a small, older dog. Check-in and check-out were seamless. Love the automation. Layout upstairs allowed for plenty of family interaction. Really close to lots of shopping and restaurants. Responsiveness and helpfulness of mgmt co. was a plus. Negatives House is dated - needs $100k-$200k of upgrades. Kitchen, bathrooms, downstairs, and more. HVAC downstairs is controlled by thermometer upstairs. Result is to be comfy upstairs u have to be cold downstairs. Layout downstairs is weird - chunky and u have to go thru one bedroom to get to another. Cost to heat the pool was nuts - almost $1800 for two weeks. My electric bill in the NE in April (similar temps) with a heated pool is about $900 for the month. We put together this trip quickly and didnt shop around much. Shame on us. Rent is high for what u get - having researched further, there are better price/value options available. Assuming they upgrade the home and address a couple of the items noted, it’ll be a terrific rental. Right now it just feels a bit overpriced for what u get.

Great view + location.

Our family of 8 enjoyed our time. The home was well maintained and clean. The first floor is exactly as others have stated, not really two bedrooms. You have to walk through one to get to the other. No closets in either. Our 4 boys made the best of it. The 1st floor living space has seats but no couch, would be a nice addition. The second floor bedrooms were plenty big with lots of closet/space. All the bathrooms were basic and only one bedroom has an ocean view. All as is in the description and on pictures. The kitchen was well equipped for our needs. Vacation Company does a nice job of providing starter sets for the essentials. The screened porch was the best part for coffee and shade during the day. The pool deck caused a few splinters throughout the week, lots of frayed pieces of wood need to be sanded or replaced. The four bikes were a great addition for easy access to Coligny. We primarily used the street beach access. The private ramp was crowded with palm trees and slippery. You're definitely paying for the view, location, and pool. It's nothing fancy but but definitely enjoyable! We would rent here again!

Nice house, great location

The house is as described in the property description and pictures. The pool was very nice and the walk to the beach was very short. The property needs some upgrades and repairs but was not bad overall. The appliances were fairly new and all were in working condition. There were plenty of dishes and utensils and other items for cooking and baking. There is a blender which I wish would have been noted in the property list. There are also beach chairs and pool towels so we would not have needed to bring those. You get starter dish soap, dishwasher pods, laundry pods, and bathroom amenities which also could have been noted so we would not have had to pack those. Overall a nice place to stay with a great location. You can walk to all the shops and bars and restaurants in a few minutes.
