At 550 square feet, this cozy retreat boasts a fully equipped kitchen and a full bathroom. Rest easy on the comfy king-size bed perfect for up to 2 guests, and just steps away, the gorgeous beach awaits, so you can enjoy sun, sand, and surf whenever you like. Your fun-filled, relaxing vacation starts here!

This condominium unit is part of the Casa on the Beach Resort Rental Program and is managed by CCMS Resorts/CCMS, Inc. Rates are determined by the Co-Owner's Association. Guests must be at least 25 years old to book and check in, unless accompanied by a parent. A minimum stay of 3 nights is required for summer holiday weekends, including Memorial Day, Labor Day, and July 4th. The unit offers a studio, 1 bathroom, with a maximum occupancy of 4 persons. Please note that occupancy limits are strictly enforced.

Great property! Short walk to the beach and a nice pool setting. The only thing is you’re about 5 miles from the bar & restaurant scene in Port A if that’s important to you.

Condo was in a great spot on the beach. Only issue we had was the oven being slightly hard to use but the condo was almost exactly what we were looking for!

Good property, direct beach access, unit was clean, and about what I expected for the money spent. The only thing that lost a star was the bed. It was rather motel 6 like. Basic matress without a pillowtop and partner and I felt each others every move.

Comfortable condo

Condo # 509 is a one room all inclusive suite. Everything thing is accessible; kitchen, living area, bed and bath and not compartmentalized. Great for a couples weekend getaway.

Changed rooms

Checked-in with no difficulty. Couldn't get TV to turn on (believe batteries in remotes were dead). Turned on water in shower/bath and black water spewed out. The color faded and turned clear but the the odor of sewer filled the room and became intolerable. Went to the management and they addressed our needs by moving us to 506. Great room and definitely an upgrade!

Great stay!

The unit was beautiful! It was perfect! We very much enjoyed being right on the beach. We told the front desk several times that the showers to use when leaving the beach were not in good condition. They were clogged with sand and not taken care off. It had 2 feet of standing water that was a mosquito breeding ground. We were not able to rinse the sand off. That’s my only complaint.

Complete Lie

First of all your listing is not what the condo is. It is listed with a sofa sleeper and king bed. No sofa sleeper. But the worst was there was water dripping from the cieling in the kitchen. When we told the young lady at the front desk we were told it is probably from the AC. That it should stop. We placed a garbage can under the leak and found it had about 5 inches of water in the morning. Neither remote worked for the TV, so we couldn't watch it. The evening desk attendant offered to move us to another room. But i would not stay there ever again morning. Neither the kitchen

Nice place

Casa Condos are a nice place to stay. The bed was rather firm but the room was clean and comfortable. The kitchen could use a cutting board and larger coffee cups. Also make sure to bring a brick for your phones to charge as there are no USB ports to charge your phones. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We would stay there again. Great access to the beach and great pool area.

Family vacation

Condo was cute and in great location but elevator was broken and we had an elderly member who could not walk up to 5th floor so we had to relocate to another property b cause this condo complex had no openings. Spent a day of vacation looking for another place to stay. Disappointing..management had no clear idea of when elevator would b fixed.
