This Mini-Great Room Floor Plan offers Split Bedrooms and a marvelous view of the Quiet Pool. The 16' ft. Lanai has room to relax or entertain and features perfect morning sun and afternoon shade. The Master Suite offers 2 walk-in closets! Community amenities are excellent with food and beverage service at the Chickee Hut overlooking the huge Resort Pool and a grill area. Kids love the beach entry Resort Pool and waterfall! The Clubhouse has a spacious Fitness Center and Media-Billiards Room. The Free Beach Shuttle can have you to the beach in 180 Seconds! This Tropical Lifestyle is the perfect Winter Escape or Year-round Retreat. Just Call Pat for details.

Great condo

We stayed here for three weeks and had a great time. The kitchen is well stocked and overall it was a great place. The building and property is secure and the amenities were very nice. Choice of two heated pools, tiki bar, hot tubs and restaurants and shopping a stone’s throw from the complex. We liked the screened lanai for meals and relaxing. Also, the bedrooms are separated for privacy.

Great place!

We enjoyed our stay and view overlooking the pool! Everything was very clean, and the condo had everything we needed. Would definitely stay here again.

Relaxing getaway with all the amenities

The property was very beautiful, well, taken care of, safe, and had every amenity you could want. Our condo was very spacious, well decorated, well appointed, and welcoming. We had a great time, and we would love to stay there again.

Wonderful property

Had a great stay. Property was lovely, clean and nicely appointed. Loved the pool as well, great for kids. Absolutely flawless check in process as well.

The host was great, very helpful.

I utilized this location after Hurricane Ian as I work for insurance companies. The location is great. Quick drive to beach, located just south of Fort Meyers. Located near shops, grocery, etc. All appliance were in great shape and worked well. Comfy bed as well.

Great unit. Great location

Impeccably clean unit located just a few minutes from the beach. Was perfect for our family with young kids. We'll definitely stay here again when in Bonita Springs.

First trip to Bonita Springs

The resort was very nice and everyone loved the pool. The location was great as it was close to beach, grocery stores, restaurants and shopping. We wish the unit had more updates and furniture was more comfortable. Carpeting had to be cleaned after we arrived and Pat was helpful in getting that done for us.

Loved Bonita Village

We loved this place! Pat was fantastic to work with and easy to reach. She worked with us on timing of arrival. The unit was very clean (wish there wasn’t carpet in the bedrooms…it was clean though!) The kitchen has fantastic storage for a small area. This unit was super stocked with everything we needed, paper towels, toilet paper, etc. The pool at this place is perfect and relaxing. We did not use the shuttle, but there are multiple access to the beach nearby. I would recommend the unit itself to update their hallways to look brighter and replace the carpet. I will be back to visit!

Bonita Springs Gem

The property was more than we expected, just as the pictures show. Property was very clean and since it was a gated entry, we felt very relaxed staying there. Both pools were very clean as well and just great to be in every time we used them. The staff working in the Chickee hut were really friendly and fun to socialize with while enjoying a sandwich and drink. Condo was fully staffed with everything you would need and then sum. Loved our lanai view in the mornings while having coffee. We will be back soon!

First trip since Covid

First trip since Covid - My friend and I decided it was time since we both had our vaccinations! It was a great trip! The condo was really clean we had everything we needed! I do wish they had told us early on that there was a storage unit that had umbrellas, beach chairs, Beach toys…and things that we could borrow! Pat was great! The swimming pools are lovely! Plenty of beach towels and a well-stocked kitchen!

Absolutely Perfect!

I couldn’t have dreamed up a better place! Was beautiful, very clean, quiet...and community members friendly and welcoming. Whether you want peace at the quiet pool or a little more community/music/refreshments at the other pool you’ve got it. Felt safe, great restaurants within walking distance and beach just a minute drive. Parking is tough at the beach so I recommend taking the free shuttle this condo offers. Pat and Sue were super friendly and efficient. Not a single complaint. I would highly recommend!!
