Summary:
The Two-Story Cottage is an entirely new structure with its own private driveway. The Cottage is equipped with all the amenities:  a full kitchen, living room, laundry area, coral stone deck, outdoor dining, plunge pool and 2 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms.

The Space:
The first floor bedroom is the Seabreeze Suite while the second story bedroom is called the Sunset Suite and has a deck to take in the sweeping views. The Cottage connects to the Great House via a short walkway. You can rent both villas together.  There is a landscaping for privacy between the two villas.

Guest Access:
The property Manager, BookVI, will greet you at the ferry or at the villa for check in. Specific arrangements will be made depending on your party size, arrival time, and familiarity with the island.

The Neighborhood:
This property is located at the top of Maria Bluff with Tradewinds and views from every direction. The neighborhood is great for walking in the morning!
