We operate The Saint Resort along with our two private villas, L'Autre Monde and The Other World, and we genuinely love helping guests experience this island the way it deserves to be experienced. Estate Chocolate Hole and Great Cruz Bay is one of the best-kept secrets on St. John. You're just 8 minutes from downtown Cruz Bay, close enough to walk to restaurants, bars, and the ferry dock, but far enough that you actually feel like you've escaped. The sunset views from this hillside are some of the best on the island. You're also a short drive from Trunk Bay, Hawksnest, and the other North Shore beaches that make St. John famous. The neighborhood is quiet, residential, and safe, mostly locals and vacation homes. It's the perfect balance of convenience and privacy. And because this is St. John, you're surrounded by the Virgin Islands National Park, which means most of the island stays undeveloped and beautiful.

Both villas sit on private, gated grounds hidden behind stone walls. Once you're inside, you feel like you're in your own world. L'Autre Monde features a large outdoor pool, hot tub, grill area, and dozens of fruit trees (grab a lime for your margarita). The Other World has a covered pool, open-air living spaces with native stone columns and eclectic global artwork, and a hibachi table for outdoor cooking. Both villas have solar power with generator backup, so you never lose power during outages, a real differentiator on a Caribbean island. Every room has been recently renovated with central AC, modern kitchens, and water views. Each bedroom has its own full bathroom and French doors opening to private decks. These aren't cookie-cutter vacation rentals. They're one-of-a-kind properties with real character, maintained by a team that's on island every day.
