"A Wave from it All" unit 3, Apartment on the Lake

This apartment is a 2-bedroom rental with all newer furniture and all basic kitchen appliances, cook wear and dining utensils. Kitchen towels are provided along with dish soap, one roll of paper towels and two trash bags.
The master bedroom had a queen size bed with a dresser and bedroom 2 has a full-size bed with a set of bunk beds and a dresser. This unit sleeps 6 total and all bed linens, pillows and comforters are provided.
There is one full bathroom with tub/shower. two rolls of toilet paper provided. Bath linens are not provided. hand soap is provided.
There is a 50" TV with satellite and Wifi.
Outside there is a large, shared picnic area with your own designated charcoal grill, fire pit, and picnic table, indicated with the #3 on the fire pit. Charcoal & firewood not provided but feel free to use any supplies that may be left behind from renters in your unit.
The parking area allows 2 cars to park in front of unit and additional parking available across the parking lot. your spots are marked with a 3.
Our property is roughly 1/4 mile from GOTL main strip.

Nice living room couch was comfortable everything was fine but needs better bed frames and mattress. Slats missing in some blinds and drywall needs fixed in tub. Would I stay there again probably not because of the beds

Family Fun

Family Fun getaway. This was a short affordable trip for when we really needed a little "A Wave from it all"! My husband and I, our 2 daughters and 2 teens all had a great stay and a fun time @Genevaa on the Lake. We enjoyed the 2bdr rental, which was really cute and had most everything we needed.

Short getaway

A friend and I wanted a short getaway close to home, at one of our favorite places! The View was beautiful and the space to walk around was ideal. I would definitely stay there again!

Much needed getaway

We had a great time! Never been to GOTL and were very satisfied. Facility was fairly clean but it had a couple flaws. Outlet by door did not work, there was a broken plate in the cupboard and we had to fix the cupboard doors cause we thought they might fall off. LOL beds were comfy, very nice bathroom and the living room furniture was nice. We would definitely return again. Thank you for a lovely long weekend

Overall a good stay

It was a nice unit in a nice location. The unit needs the following light maintenance: Kitchen wall cabinet door is very loose and doesn't close properly. Paint/drywall around the top of the shower walls is peeling off.

Relaxing

Came in town for a family reunion and chose this rental for the location. It is close enough to the strip to be easy yet fatlr enough that there is no loud noise. The crowning jewel for this place is tge view! I could have stayed lookong out over tge lake for days!

BEST spot to stay

5th year staying here and it’s the best spot. It’s 30 Seconds from the strip. And it has the best view of the lake and its own little private beach. It also has a big yard out front for bonfires. Very spacious. The apartments are always super clean. We stayed in every single one so far and they are all great. Owner is very nice as well!

Great location

The place was older but very clean with updated bathroom. The blinds need replaced as a few pieces had broken off and people waking by could look into all rooms.. and did look. We loved being right at the water. We drove to the strip daily but it was nice to come back to the quiet.

weekend getaway

My husband & I with another couple came up from Columbus to Geneva on the Lake to enjoy a weekend getaway! Fun time, loved all the local party events. Loved this place it was a little ways down from all the action but still within walking distance. The view was amazing!

Eclipse

We stayed here to view the eclipse over the lake. It was exactly as desctibed. Very clean. Perfect view. Nice outdoor space. We had a camp fire each night. We were able to meet the owner and she was wonderful. This unit did have a small kitchen area but we were able to prepare breakfast lunch and dinner easily for 4 adults. I also want to commend the owner for keeping our reservation. There were multiple stories online across the country of places cancelling reservations once they realized the date was for the eclipse and they could rebook for more money. We paid the same rate as we would have for any other night. We highly recommend this property.

Weekend Retreat

This was our second trip to these apartments, and it did not disappoint. It is a very quiet and scenic spot. We enjoyed boat and eagle watching on the beach front as well as a camp fire. The apartment itself was simple but nice. The reason for 4 stars is the mattress in the main bedroom - it's very old and not up to par.

The Wave is Great

Great location for Geneva, amazing view of the lake! Pretty nice property. The living room blinds don't entirely close, and the drywall over the bathtub was peeling off in several spots. Overall though it was relaxing and accurate to the listing. We would definitely consider coming back here or one of the several properties in this lot.

Very peaceful stay by the lake

Property was clean, stocked with everything we needed and furnished nicely. An issue with light bulbs out was addressed quickly and communication was great. We appreciated everything and would definitely stay again.

This place was so amazing!! Close enough to Geneva on the Lake but a few minutes away from all the loudness. So very clean place was remarkable! Nice private beach!! We didn’t want to leave!!! Will definitely go back again and will definitely recommend to anyone!!!

The apartments, the location and the owner are fantastic! Immaculately clean, well stocked kitchen, beautiful view right on the lake, very close to the strip but far enough away for a quiet night. この宿泊施設のオーナーになった理由

Located on a private drive with private beach access (closed to the public but private to all of our surrounding tenants) and 1/4 mile from the famous Geneva on the Lake strip! There are no trespassing signs by beach but that is just for the public. Feel free to walk or drive down!!!
