Top Rated Downtown Dunedin condo! Do you love downtown Dunedin? If so, be part of the downtown with this 2 bedroom apartment ON MAIN STREET above Sterling Wine store. New slim a/c unit has been installed in the living room which provides heat & air. Second floor unit is in the back of the building so it is quiet but no elevator. Recently remodeled including professional decorating and high end furniture from stores such as Z Gallerie. Master includes a king bed, large closet and plenty of dressers/storage. Guest room has twin over full bunk bed and large dresser as well. Dunedin is a quaint little town full of shops and delicious restaurants. Saturday market, festivals, a marina and so much more! The Pinellas Trail is a block away for traversing the county by bike or foot! Assigned parking space in adjacent lot. Utilities included. Inside washer & dryer (closet). Owner has FL real estate license. Able to be flexible with longer term rentals - please inquire! Weekly and monthly discounts apply (not in season). I’ve stayed at many locations in Dunedin over the years and this is my favorite. Comfortable and walk out to the middle of the town. Short walk to anything you choose to do.

Great Little Community

Great Rental. Clean & well appointed. Trail is right next door, nice pickleball courts close, restaurants, coffee shops & shopping are at your door step. Location is right in the center of town and the market sets up across the street in the park. You should know though, that if you're looking for a beach vacation, this is probably not the best choice.

Perfect Dunedin Stay

The accommodations were perfect for the week. Parked our car and used our bikes to get around.

Spring training

We loved the place and it was a perfect location. The only thing I would like to have is maybe a deck or a porch to go out onto and have a cup of coffee or something. Just wondering if you have any more rentals that may offer this feature

Location, Location, Location

Property was as advertised. Superior location. Everything was a walkable location. Furnishings and accoutrements were spot on. Extremely comfortable home like feeling. Could not have been more satisfied with the accommodations. Would recommend unequivocally and return without hesitation.

Great Location

This property is beautifully decorated and in an ideal location but the condo was not clean when we arrived. There was a lot of dog hair on the couch and pillows because the owner stayed there with her pet/pets following the hurricane. One pillowcase had black markings on it and we were told that it was from the washer. I’m not buying this explanation. The air conditioner needs cleaned because it had blew some dirt on the credenza and floor. Lauren sent someone over to address these concerns but we shouldn’t have had these issues in the first place. Also the shower has no place for your soap, shampoo, or wash cloth.

Perfect Dunedin Stay

With a funeral to attend and activities over several days, we opted for a VRBO instead of a hotel. Location is excellent. This condo sits right downtown and there are MANY food and beverage options within walking distance - from casual coffee, to sushi to Waterfront Dining. The condo is lovely and feels much more like someone's home than a rental. Decor is tasteful and well appointed. There are stairs to get to the front door, so not handi-cap accessible. Despite being downtown the condo was quiet, possibly aided by the in-wall A/C units. This is a place I would rent again. Twenty minutes from Sand Key, 20 minutes from Tarpon and lots of great walking/running trails throughout the town.

Place was beautiful and clean and had everything that you could need for a pleasant vacation.located in downtown Dunedin with many cafes to visit and quaint shops.Lots of friendly people and not commercialize like surrounding areas.

Dunedin Downtown Cute Condo

A great place to stay right on Main Street steps away from all the restaurants and shops and minutes from Honeymoon Island State Park. Clean and well kept. Our only issue was with the assigned parking space. It really needs to be fixed and better maintained.

This unit offers the benefit of location, location, location. Situated in the heart of downtown Dunedin, you never need to use your car. A few hundred yards from Florida's premier Pinella Trail, you are within walking/biking distance of so many wonderful shops and restaurants.

Main Street Dunedin

The condo was beautifully decorated and in the perfect location for everything there is to do in Dunedin. Shops, restaurants, bars, the pier…all in walking distance. Washer and dryer in unit made it easy to stay for an extended period of time. Full kitchen was convenient too. We loved it.
