Ground Floor location is great for kids and Grandparents! Direct access to pool and adjacent green space. Tremendous view of the Gulf with convenient beach access.

The Enclave is a smaller complex and the beach does not become over-crowded. It has the privacy of the beach, but it is very close to many restaurants and family attractions. Directly across the street from Grocery stores and restaurants. Two parking passes available but one vehicle encouraged.

I took my mother and 90 year old grandmother to the beach for a long weekend. We wanted a ground floor unit for the ease of getting in and out. This unit was perfect. The unit is directly next to the pool. The pool is not sort of to the side like I thought from the pictures. My grandmother loved watching all the people at the pool since she was unable to leave the patio area. The host responded immediately when I needed help obtaining the entry code for the door. It is an easy walk to the beach.

Stayed at property with my family for our annual Beach Trip. The property was not clean or well maintained. Upon arrival all smoke detectors were not in place. I contacted host and she had maintainance come out and put them up the next morning. Property host was very responsive and helped with securing an extra parking pass and I made her aware of the condo not being clean and sent pictures. She said she would forward them to the cleaning service. The location on ground floor and the pool were great. We enjoyed our stay minus the time spent cleaning and my husband buying and changing the air filter.

Condo

The parking lot is way to small. The condo was not very clean. Half the stove burners don’t work and one outlet in the living room is taped up. The beds were super uncomfortable!! Worst we have ever slept in. There was sand in the sheets and sand on the bathroom floor in the master. One toliet wasn’t even clean. I don’t think the housekeeper did much! Won’t be going back.

Pls READ! Would not recommend staying here.

Our stay was NOT what we expected it to be. We were 5 adults & 3 kids (all under age of 5). The floors, living room, kitchen & balcony were FILTHY!! Trash still in trash cans in bathrooms. I did contact the owner the day we arrived & she offered for the cleaning crew to come in the next day to clean. However, I told her no b/c we were uncomfortable w/ random ppl cleaning our room while our personal items were all out. ALL TV’s were impossible to operate. 5 adults there and we were all trying to get them to work properly! I txted the owner about the TV’s & I got no response!! The pool is great for little ones. Pool furniture seemed new and nice. However, we would have liked a little more shade for the baby. They had 2 umbrellas to use but they were only for the tall tables….not really convenient. The gate to the pool off of the balcony does not unlock till 4:00pm so that’s pretty inconvenient. We ate out a lot because the pots & pans provided were disgusting. If we were to cook, we had said we were going to have to buy a pot/pan. The storage room off of the kitchen was a WRECK! Cleaning crew should have at least emptied the full vacuum cleaner & rolled up the plug. Looks like someone just threw a bunch of crap in there. I’m not one to leave a review but I was completely thrown off by this condo!! We will NOT be staying at this condo again!!

Tons of space

Upon arrival we had a couple issues, owner was quick to respond. The condo was amazing. The rooms were spacious. The first floor was super convenient. We have 3 kids. So being able to access the condo without having to load everything and everyone up was nice. Was convenient to restaurants and grocery. We went during off season, so we did not have an issue with parking. Hope to stay again in the future.

Loved it!!

My whole family stayed in the condo. We all loved the condo and had plenty of room! We were on the first floor and our patio door opened up to the pool. Very convenient for us with a 1 year old, a 6 year old, and an 8 year old. There was a fence separating us from pool so it was very safe! Not far to walk to the beach either! Will definitely try to stay here again!

Great location

It was close to the center of orange beach with a grocery store across the street and good restaurants within walking distance. Also conveniently located on the first floor with back porch adjacent to the pool. I loved that each bedroom had its own bathroom. I would definitely stay here again.

Great Condo

Our family really enjoyed our stay. The location was great and very convenient. Also being on the ground floor made it great for our young children. The floors were real sandy when we got there and there was an issue with the refrigerator but other than that it was great! Would definitely recommend!

Wonderful family Spring Break!

The condo was decorated beautifully and even more spacious than we expected. The location was perfect for our multi-aged crew...ages 4 to 50 years old! Accessibility to the grocery stores and restaurants was wonderful , too. The property manager was warm and quick to respond via text and phone. We look forward to staying again!
