Each unit will receive one complimentary parking pass and an additional parking pass can be purchased for $25, based upon availability. After booking you will receive a link to register your parking. When you arrive to the property you can reserve a second spot at that time if extra spots are available. The link will be sent to the phone number you provide upon booking.


** NEW CLEANERS FALL 2024** UPGRADED PATIO FURNITURE- bar height polywood Pool upgraded 2023 Fully updated ground floor unit in the heart of Orange Beach. Custom Italian Tile throughout, granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, wet bar and internet service.

Ground Floor location is great for kids and Grandparents! Direct access to pool and adjacent green space. Tremendous view of the Gulf with convenient beach access.

The Enclave is a smaller complex and the beach does not become over-crowded. It has the privacy of the beach, but it is very close to many restaurants and family attractions. Directly across the street from Grocery stores and restaurants. Two parking passes available but one vehicle encouraged.

When we arrived they had a new housekeeper that did not clean the condo. The beds had dirty linen, floor had sand throughout, tubs and shower not cleaned. Gnats were horrible. The toilets had to be repaired and the light to the patio was not working and we were told the electrician would be out to fix this the following week. The smoke detectors were pulled off and one was just hanging. The dryer took along time to dry. The location was great, but I had registered 1 vehicle and was told the second could be done once checked in, then I was told not during summer. The other car cost 240 for the week at a local hotel. Every time my family would have to drop off someone to get the other vehicle to go anywhere. Love the beach. Just condo needs repairs.

Renter reported several issues during her stay that were immediately addressed. Previous renters did not experience or report these issues and they were addressed as soon as they were brought to our attention. As stated in the listing and in multiple communications- parking is often full during peak season.

Perfect stay!

I took my mother and 90 year old grandmother to the beach for a long weekend. We wanted a ground floor unit for the ease of getting in and out. This unit was perfect. The unit is directly next to the pool. The pool is not sort of to the side like I thought from the pictures. My grandmother loved watching all the people at the pool since she was unable to leave the patio area. The host responded immediately when I needed help obtaining the entry code for the door. It is an easy walk to the beach.

Great location

It was close to the center of orange beach with a grocery store across the street and good restaurants within walking distance. Also conveniently located on the first floor with back porch adjacent to the pool. I loved that each bedroom had its own bathroom. I would definitely stay here again.

Great Condo

Our family really enjoyed our stay. The location was great and very convenient. Also being on the ground floor made it great for our young children. The floors were real sandy when we got there and there was an issue with the refrigerator but other than that it was great! Would definitely recommend!

Wonderful family Spring Break!

The condo was decorated beautifully and even more spacious than we expected. The location was perfect for our multi-aged crew...ages 4 to 50 years old! Accessibility to the grocery stores and restaurants was wonderful , too. The property manager was warm and quick to respond via text and phone. We look forward to staying again!

Stayed at property with my family for our annual Beach Trip. The property was not clean or well maintained. Upon arrival all smoke detectors were not in place. I contacted host and she had maintainance come out and put them up the next morning. Property host was very responsive and helped with securing an extra parking pass and I made her aware of the condo not being clean and sent pictures. She said she would forward them to the cleaning service. The location on ground floor and the pool were great. We enjoyed our stay minus the time spent cleaning and my husband buying and changing the air filter.

Loved it!!

My whole family stayed in the condo. We all loved the condo and had plenty of room! We were on the first floor and our patio door opened up to the pool. Very convenient for us with a 1 year old, a 6 year old, and an 8 year old. There was a fence separating us from pool so it was very safe! Not far to walk to the beach either! Will definitely try to stay here again!

Spring break family getaway

This rental was beautifully decorated and clean. Perfectly located in Orange Beach. The ground floor had super easy access to the pool and beach. Conveniently located with grocery stores directly across the street. My sister and I, along with our teenage children enjoyed a week away from Iowa winter for our Spring Break! Lisa was very pleasant and always responded quickly to all my questions. We look forward to our next visit! Thank you Lisa!!!

Great condo in great location

Property very nice and was located in a convenient location but the cleanliness was below par mold in showers and around ac vent. Stains on sheets and pillowcases. Back doors were extremely hard to open and close

Tons of space

Upon arrival we had a couple issues, owner was quick to respond. The condo was amazing. The rooms were spacious. The first floor was super convenient. We have 3 kids. So being able to access the condo without having to load everything and everyone up was nice. Was convenient to restaurants and grocery. We went during off season, so we did not have an issue with parking. Hope to stay again in the future.

Condo

The parking lot is way to small. The condo was not very clean. Half the stove burners don’t work and one outlet in the living room is taped up. The beds were super uncomfortable!! Worst we have ever slept in. There was sand in the sheets and sand on the bathroom floor in the master. One toliet wasn’t even clean. I don’t think the housekeeper did much! Won’t be going back.
