This cozy private home backs up with a view to the the Woodlands Golf Course and comes with 8 SHARC Recreation Passes. It is a single-level home boasting an open great room with over 2400 square feet of living space. It sleeps 6-8 comfortably with three master suite bedrooms (all with queen beds) with attached baths, and a movie/den room with a queen-size memory-foam sectional-sleeper sofa, but can sleep a total of 10 when using two 18" twin air mattresses. This home is great for the grandparents with two of the bathrooms having walk in showers. It is nestled in the North end of Sunriver where you will be relaxing in no time! Grab a glass of wine or your cup of coffee and watch the birds, deer, squirrels, and golfers from the back deck. Jump on the bikes and visit the Sunriver Village Mall, Nature Center, Stables, Marina, Sunriver Pool, the Sunriver Lodge, and the Observatory that has the largest collection of telescopes for public viewing in the U.S.! PLEASE NOTE: There is no hot tub on site but you can access the adult only (age 16+) hot tub at the SHARC facility with the available recreation passes. The benefit of this is that the kids can swim year round while you relax in the hot tub. :)
