Your home away from home is this sweet, newly renovated home in a rural setting with plenty of privacy & an acre of space. Enjoy being in the country, sitting around the fire-pit but also within 5 minutes of shopping and I-40. It's 8 miles to downtown Nashville & Historic attractions: Grand Ole Opry, Hard Rock Cafe' The Hermitage, The Ryman, Bustling Downtown Nashville and more.
Enjoy a large kitchen with everything needed for cooking and baking. We've upgraded the primary bedroom to a King bed. Queen in bed 2 & the 3rd bedrm has a twin trundle bed/sleeps two, a desk & office chair. The front living room has a comfy sink-into sofa and Roku Smart TV. There is a door between the two living areas and there's another Roku Smart TV in the second living area. The dining room table can expand to seat 8.
Large washer and dryer.
It's a little over a mile to Percy Priest Lake, boat ramp, "beach" and rec area where you can see gorgeous sunsets but it's a half mile walk to the lake/cove. You can sometimes catch a beautiful sunset from the front porch. The canvas photos you see throughout the home were taken by your host at "Our lake".
This property is a 30 day minimum rental. We are looking forward to hosting you!

This home is around the corner from where we live. We love the country feel and the access to Percy Priest Lake. We only buy homes that we would live in, ourselves. While you're here, you'll be our neighbor. We're happy to bring you anything you need during your stay or take you on a hike, lend you our kayaks or take you for a boat ride if you're nice :).

This home is very quiet and privatei on an acre, a good distance from neighbors while still being within minutes of anything you can think of including groceries, Summit Hospital, pharmacies and restaurants. We'll be happy to direct you to whatever you need or give you ideas of things to do while you're in the Nashville area.
