Amazing location!

We had a great stay. The location was amazing, close to every thing. The unit itself is a little dated, but spacious and good for our family. Overall, we would stay here again.

Location and amenities don’t get much better

This property is the perfect location to all the lifts and activities at Steamboat’s base. You will not be disappointed in booking this property.

Amazing Location and Stay

The Sheraton is the best at Steamboat, we have stayed many times and will not stay anywhere else. The home was bigger than expected, and we had more than enough room for the four of us. Will defiantly stay again.

Perfect location for skiing

We loved this condo so much. Very homey and spacious. It came complete with a Christmas tree which made things even more special.

Wonderful condo

The location doesn’t get any better than Gondola Getaway. The locker storage for skiing equipment was the best. The condo itself was comfortable, clean and nicely decorated. I will stay here again.

great location at Steamboat

We had a great stay this summer. It was really hot this week so it was great to have a place with central AC right at the mountain. The property is really clean and the separation of having the bedrooms upstairs and the living area downstairs was great (and quiet). Also really nice having access to the Sheraton hotel amenities and parking at the mountain. Overall as really nice place to stay at Steamboat.

Great Condo in a Perfect Location!

We had a fantastic stay at this condo — it was truly ski-in/ski-out, which made hitting the slopes with our three young kids so easy and convenient. The unit was clean, well-furnished, and had everything we needed to cook meals and relax after a day in the snow. It was the perfect size for our family of five. One thing that really stood out was how quiet the condo was — we all slept great! Communication with the property manager was quick and easy; all our questions were answered promptly. We’d absolutely stay here again!

Rocking the Boat

Great location, excellent amenities. Slight issue with upstairs hot water-but nothing that would prevent us from rebooking. Property management was very accommodating. Wonderful property and will definitely rebook again and would highly recommend! A real gem.

Great value for the perfect location

Can’t beat the location at the mountain base. Property was clean. Lots of space. Three bathrooms were great. Only thing holding it back is the property could use some updating, but if it were updated it would cost 50% more. So the value was high!

Family ski trip.

Excellent location. Very spacious and roomy. Clean. Only issue was the water pressure. But I think that’s a building issue not an issue of the unit.

Clean and cozy condo with excellent location

Condo was in a great location at the base of the mountain. Walk out and get on the lifts and gondolas. Hotel amenities (restaurants) were greatly appreciated. Four seasons has excellent customer service and will step by step walk you through planning your trip. They suggested restaurants, drivers, sent links, etc. So helpful!

Fantastic property and experience

Great property and location is excellent - you walk right out onto the slopes. Downside is that you can't get any help from the Sheraton staff as this is a condo and not part of the vacation club. this was a little frustrating as you have to call the property managers each time you have a question or need assistance. However, the property managers are very responsive and delightful to work with so once you understand the system it is fine. Also note that you will not have access to all the hot tub facilities as some are reserved for the vacation club and not the condo's. There is a ski locker which is awesome to have. Overall an amazing experience, great condo, best location on the mountain

Glad you enjoyed the property and location. When staying at the property you have all access to all amenities except the front desk. Amenities include outdoor pool and hot tub plus 2 hots on 2nd floor off the elevator, restaurants, bars, fitness center, ski lockers, underground garage and kids activity center. There is a seperate tower that is the time share condos and villas are located, but not in the main hotel building of the Sheraton. Maybe you tried accessing the towers instead but wish you had reached out and asked. All details are provided in the guestbook and if more questions, then sure call us versus front desk who handles all hotel guests. We wish we had the chance to explain further prior to your stay. We hope to have you back for another opportunity to host your group.

Nice condo, great location

Somewhat updated condo, perfect location ski in ski out. Get to enjoy the amenities of being in the Sheraton building. Check in could use improvement. Emailed the management company earlier in the day to ask about check in, as sometimes they will offer earlier check in if it had been vacant. Got an email back about needing reading the guestbook and IF its ready any earlier I'll be notified. Well we gave them an extra hour, get there at 5pm with 3 kids about to lose their minds from traveling, and theres no key in the offsite lockbock. Dig through emails to find the contact, call one person that seemed to not find my reservation for a while. Finally after half hour of waiting, someone brought us a key. The rest of the trip was fine .

Just ok

The location of this condo can’t be beat — it’s close to everything and very convenient. The unit is spacious and has potential, but it needs updates and general maintenance.Some issues we encountered: the pull-out cabinet for the garbage was nearly impossible to open; the main bedroom windows had no screens (an issue since there was no AC the first night); and the master had a tiny end table with no plug-ins on one side, unlike the photo. The correct table was oddly across the room. Both beds in the second bedroom had sharp metal pieces sticking out — a safety hazard. Also, the bedding throughout felt old and not very clean.The biggest issue was the management company. One bedroom’s AC never worked (the other was fixed on day 2), and the power strip in the master failed, so we couldn’t use necessary devices. While they were responsive and sent people quickly, they didn’t follow up or explain what was done. Someone even unplugged our things and didn’t inform us the outlet was controlled by a wall switch.They did leave fans, which helped. We asked for a 20% discount and were granted one, but it applied only to the nightly rate — so the refund ended up being closer to 12%.Overall, we were disappointed — mostly due to the management company’s lack of communication and follow-through. With better service and a little care, this could be a great stay.

Thank you for your review, we do appreciate it but have a few more things to note. Unfortunately the building was having AC issues with the main cooling tower that started when this guest was in house. The issue was very complicated and out of our control and as she noted, we were responsive. The power in the outlet by the bed in the primary bedroom is operated by a switched outlet, a very common thing in most home/apartments/hotels. The guest noted the outlet worked the first night then stopped working (they flipped the switch) and used a different outlet to plug in various things. At the same time we addressed the AC issue we realized they had just flipped the switch by the door and to help them we moved the plugged in items back to the switched outlet. They never mentioned again that the "outlet" did not work as all they had to do was flip a switch on the wall which apparently they did not figure out. We did refund them 20% of the nightly fee. It is not standard in the industry to discount any other fees then the nightly rate as that is what goes to the owner and property manager. We are sorry this guest was not happy with our resolution but there were many other amenities they enjoyed while staying with us.
