Cocoonr offers this charming 40 m² flat to rent in Saint-Cast-le-Guildo, 200 m from the beach, with a shared swimming pool. It sleeps up to 4 people.
Located on the 1st floor (no lift), it comprises a pretty 20 m² living room with fitted kitchen, a lovely bedroom and a shower room. Wifi, bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!
The accommodation comprises
- A 20 m² living room with TV, double sofa bed and dining area
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- One bedroom with queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bathroom with shower
- A separate WC
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, cot, ironing board and iron.
Outside:
- A shared heated swimming pool, open from 1 July to 31 August
- A 4.50 m² west-facing balcony accessible from the living room. A table, two chairs and two deckchairs are available.
The flat is ideally located in Saint-Cast-le-Guildo, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the flat's garage.
As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you:
- Nearest train station: Plancoët, about 15 km away
- Nearest airport: Rennes, about 100 km away
To ensure your stay is as pleasant and comfortable as possible, this accommodation is managed in partnership by the Cocoonr teams (ad management and reservations service) and a local concierge.

Le Sextant Appartement de haute qualité. Bien rénové et de bon goût. Cuisine équipée d'un excellent niveau. Rien ne manque. Quel plaisir de trouver des sanitaires où l'on peut pendre ses vêtements ! Box garage pour les vélos: super ! Et Saint-Cast est un superbe lieu de villégiature. Nous y reviendrons.

Le Sextant "🙂 appartement conforme aux photos. il est propre, bien équipé, la literie est bonne. il donne côté parking de l immeuble donc il est calme. il est lumineux et reste frais (important en cas de canicule !!). il est à 100 m à pied de la plage principale de st Cast. un grand parking municipal gratuit est de l autre côté de la rue.
c est un appartement où je séjournerais à nouveau avec grand plaisir !

良かった点 : 清潔度、チェックイン、コミュニケーション、ロケーション、掲載情報の正確さ
Super séjour soucis au niveau du garage
Séjour agréable mais nous n avons pu profiter du garage car la conciergerie n avait pas les clés et les précédents locataires les avaient laissées dans la boîte aux lettres inaccessible par la conciergerie.Ps prevoir plus de jeux de clés.

🙁 - la dame qui nous a reçu n'avait pas vraiment les informations concernant ce logement ,elle ne savait pas si la piscine était ouverte ou pas
- quant à l'ouverture De la piscine il y avait 2 informations contradictoires (une ligne piscine ouverte et une autre piscine fermée, si vous n'avez pas fait attention...)
- ce n'était pas précisé dans la description qu'il fallait apporter son linge de lit , ses serviettes de bain et les torchons de cuisine
- il n'y avait pas de gel douche ou savon non plus"

Cocoonr offers this charming 40 m² flat to rent in Saint-Cast-le-Guildo, 200 m from the beach, with a shared swimming pool. It sleeps up to 4 people.
Located on the 1st floor (no lift), it comprises a pretty 20 m² living room with fitted kitchen, a lovely bedroom and a shower room. Wifi, bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!
The accommodation comprises
- A 20 m² living room with TV, double sofa bed and dining area
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- One bedroom with queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bathroom with shower
- A separate WC
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, cot, ironing board and iron.
