Step inside the main house and discover a spacious first floor complete with a well-equipped kitchen, dining area, and a cozy living room where you can gather with loved ones. The convenience of a full bathroom and mudroom with washer and dryer adds to the comfort of your stay. Plus, a bedroom with 2 bunk beds and its own exterior entrance offers flexibility and privacy. Head upstairs to find the luxurious master bedroom featuring an ensuite bathroom and private balcony access, perfect for enjoying your morning coffee with a view. Another queen bedroom also boasts an ensuite bathroom for added convenience. On the third floor, yet another queen bedroom awaits with its own ensuite bathroom, ensuring everyone has their own space to retreat to. After your beach adventures: rinse off in the outdoor shower and conveniently store your beach gear in the mudroom. The carriage house offers additional accommodations with a queen bedroom, full bathroom, and a comfortable living room with a convertible sleeper sofa, perfect for extra guests or family members.

Master Bedroom is located on 2nd floor- King bed w/ ensuite bathroom- shower/tub combo, double vanities
Guest Bedroom #2 is located on 2nd floor- Queen bed w/ ensuite bathroom- shower/tub combo, single vanity
Guest Bedroom #3 is located on 3rd floor- Queen bed w/ ensuite bathroom- walk-in shower, single vanity

CARRIAGE HOUSE:
Primary bedroom has a Queen bed.
Pull-out convertible sleeper sofa

• A 50% reservation deposit is due at the time of booking.
• The full balance is due 30 days prior to arrival date.
