The apartment is spacious. Plenty big enough for 4 adults and 2 kids. The kitchen was really well equipped and a pleasure to cook in. The location is great. Can ski down to the Lavachet button easily- only about150m walking. My only gripe: We were asked to pay 25pp cash for bed linen and towels. Which is a shame given how much the rental per week is already. The sheets were poor quality, scratchy, only one flat pillow and the towel was tiny. Also the shower curtain was absolutely filthy and smelt so bad the second hot water went on it. It really needs replacing! But overall, the place is great and PG was good at communicating. Isabelle was attentive and met us as we arrived and came to see us the day before we left to give us key instructions.

Un accueil parfait, une disponibilité à tout moment. Un positionnement idéal, à la fois à qq minutes du centre et suffisamment distant pour éviter toute l'agitation en la période estivale.Un appartement très fonctionnel, transverse, avec 2 vues différentes et magnifiques face aux montagnes.A recommander.

Great location

Great location, clean property. Bed situation rather a shame for the high cost of the apartment.one double mattress very squashed into a box room,Small doubles in another room. One shower is old with shower curtain and in need of renovation.Very poor bed linen provided which had to be paid for as an extra. Towels also poor quality.Wifi not very good, which was a shame as well.Clean property and good flat manager who allowed an hour later check out which was helpful.

fantastic stay

comfortable, spacious and clean apartment. we loved the balconies and their great views. PG was a great host, excellent communication and allowing us a late check-in. Highly recommend!

Excellent apartment for group of family and friends, excellent location.

We had a fabulous time at PGs apartment, it was close to the local shops, bakery, and loft pass shop. The Cantina Cafe and the Thai takeaway were highly regarded by our group ! It was a very short walk to the slopes or the free regular bus around Tignes. The apartment was very well equipped, and very comfortable for the 9/10 of us that stayed. Balconies offered fabulous views both to the front and rear... And we got lucky with some great snow in late March too! We would love to return. Thanks!

Nice spacious apartment

Nice apartment in a great location. Would use again. Oven and washing machine we're playing up the week we were there but PG has advised these were fixed on our departure date. Quiet area of town which was perfect, great for accessing the ski area. Ski back to within 200m and join the piste with 200m.

Superbe appartement assez fonctionnel pour cohabiter avec 5 ados ! Petite marche de 5/10 minutes pour aller au lac mais qui se fait très bien. Propriétaire disponible et très agréable. Une adresse à garder sans hésitation.

Très très bien !

Nous avons passé une tres belle semaine tant au niveau des paysages, activites mais l'appartement y fait beaucoup... tres bien placé (commerce proximité, navette et garage gratuit à 300 métres). L'appartement est très fonctionnel, propre et moderne. Quand au propriétaire rien a dire, bon accueil et très sympa. Vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés ! Nous y reviendrons très certainement.

Lovely Apartment

Lovely size apartment and great location in Le Lavachet. Easy to access the slopes and 2 good size ski lockers on the ground floor. Good communication by both PG and his wife. The Sherpa supermarket is just round the corner along with a pizza take away. Would definitely recommend the apartment, no issues with noise and great for a family.

Lovely apartment, lovely location.

The apartment was lovely, great dual aspect views. Easy to access slopes. Shop bar/restaurant and ski hire all within a couple of minutes walk. Great to be able to ski in straight to the bar!!PG and his wife were helpful and responsive, we would definitely come back.
