So, you want to be close to the lifts and a short stroll from Breck’s Historic Main Street. Well, you can ski down Four O’ Clock Run and walk to this condo, then walk to Main Street for après ski or a fantastic dinner! Park Place Mount Massive Condo is going to be a hit with your family and friends!

This 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo works perfectly for families or groups of up to eight. The living area is cozy with comfortable furniture, a river-rock gas fireplace, and a huge flat-screen Smart TV. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to whip up snacks or a home-cooked meal, and there’s plenty of room for everyone with six places at the dining room table and three more at the counter. There's even a gas grill on the deck for barbecuing!

The complex also features two on-site outdoor hot tubs, as well as access to the seasonal Upper Village community swimming pool and hot tubs. Other amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi, in-unit washer/dryer, and parking for one vehicle. And every Summit Mountain Rentals property comes stocked with plenty of linens, towels and hotel-like toiletries, and is professionally cleaned and inspected before each arrival. Our helpful staff is also available 24 hours a day to ensure you have everything you need to make your stay with us an unforgettable experience.

Perfect location

The condo was perfect for our family of four. Couldn’t ask for a better location. You walk right out the door to the main part of downtown. There were no issues with check-in or out and the place provided all the basic needs. Would definitely recommend and would stay here again.

Our family of 4 (2 adults, 2 kids) fit perfectly in this condo! Great layout and PERFECT location, especially for the summer - steps away from Main Street. Great patio with views of mountains facing Main Street. Parking was always available which is a big plus. Would definitely stay again.

Comfortable condo. Great location. Walking distance to restaurants, bars, boutiques. The only issue we had was the refrigerator was not working properly. It was not getting cold and freezer did not freeze ice cubes.

Condo was exactly as described. Easy to/from the lifts. Close to shops and dining. Literally parked the car and only moved it when we left. We would stay here again.

Great location with close proximity to slopes and Main Street. Close to a main road so rather noisy if balcony door left open. Otherwise, great condo and location.

Great Location

Excellent location - very convenient to walk to downtown Breckenridge. Check in and communication was very good. The property manager stayed in touch via text much of the week. Condo was clean and comfortable. Bathrooms and appliances are becoming somewhat dated but it was a good value for the price.

Quiet, spacious, easy parking, one block from downtown. On the 2nd floor and no elevator, so not handicap accessable.

Location, location, location

This is very nice and well appointed condo. The location is a very short walk to town, even with snow. We appreciated the covered parking and amenities that came with this condo (the steam shower was nice). The only complaint we had is the beautiful area rug in the living room would constantly wrinkle and was a trip hazard. We considered rolling it up during our stay so we wouldn’t have to straighten it constantly. I would not let the rug keep you from renting this condo because we would definitely stay here again.

Great spot for a ski vacation

We had a great week at this property and in Breck. The condo was in a great location, especially if you end your ski day on the 4 O'Clock Run trail. Have to walk a bit or take the bus to get started but it's very manageable. For getting into town and to Main Street it's a short and pleasant walk across a bridge. As for the condo itself, it was as advertised and quite comfortable for 4 adults to eat, cook and hang out. And the hosts are very generous with kitchen supplies, etc. Highly recommend!

Great Getaway from Reality!

We absolutely loved the location, it was close to everything but yet seemed so secluded like it wasn’t. We adored the cabin decor and it felt like home. We enjoyed the fireplace and hot tub, just relaxing from work. This stay was perfect for us to unwind and catch up on sleep. The pool table was a plus, I enjoyed drinking coffee from the rocking chairs and watching the sunsets. The neighborhood was quiet. The owners were great with communication before we arrived and we didn’t have any issues at all which was amazing. This cabin was the perfect size for us and we are considering coming back in November for another getaway! Thank you for having us, the cabin was spectacular!

Incredible location!

My husband and four young children and I traveled for our first time to break her age and stayed here. It was the perfect location as we were able to walk across the street to the Square and walk along Main Street. We also love the view from the balcony and enjoyed it every evening. My only complaint would be that some of the dishes were not clean and we were not aware before coming that there is no air conditioning. Upon opening all the windows in the sliding glass door at the condo hold off though. We would definitely stay again!

Quiet and Lovely.

Our family of four came for a vacation. Our 2nd time in Breck. This unit was very quiet we loved it. Far enough off main strip (across road being the river) to hear a lot of the sounds of the Main Street but close enough to walk everywhere. Covered parking, easy access to unit. Loved the steam room feature in the master bathroom. Kitchen had all the supplies we needed plus extras which we really appreciated! Inside the unit is very sound proof too. We couldn’t even hear our kids talking/yelling from their bedroom. Bed were very comfortable. Kids loved the bunks. Also loved having that balcony. Communication was excellent with Summit. Would rent again. Thank you!
