1206 West is packed with amenities that set it apart from other units, including:

Complimentary daily beach chair and umbrella setup! Enjoy 2 beach chaise loungers and an umbrella included with your stay, from mid-March through October.

King beds in both the master and guest bedrooms for restful nights.

Comfortable new twin-over-twin bunk beds, perfect for extra adults or kids.

Brand new 2023 furniture and a large flat-screen TV in the living room.

The spacious living area opens onto a gulf-front balcony, featuring custom furnishings and modern conveniences such as a flat-screen TV and high-speed internet. The sofa converts to a queen/full pullout for additional guests. Nearby, a formal dining table and wet bar create a perfect space for meals and socializing.

The kitchen boasts granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a large bar counter ideal for breakfast, snacks, or cocktails. Cabinets are fully stocked with dinnerware, utensils, cookware, and more.

This deluxe condo offers three bedrooms, each with its own TV:

The master bedroom features a king bed with balcony access, an ensuite bath with a new oversized walk-in shower, and a brand-new mattress.

It was the most peaceful stay.

We loved the condo, it was so clean and calming. They had all the essentials pots and utensils for cooking meals. The closet in the master was massive and made life so much easier because we could see all of our clothes and hide away our suitcases. Would stay here again, hopefully next time!

Great condo, view, heated pool and proximity to EVERYTHING!

Very clean, parking great and easy to get to vehicle. Close to so much fun! Choices unlimited. Security guard visible. Front desk and Mykala were outstanding with check in and help during our stay. Tiki Bar and bartender were super nice. The team who puts out the chairs on the beach were amazing. Very helpful. Overall my visit to Calypso was top notch and I’ll will be back!

Great accommodations!

Condo had everything we needed and then some! It was clean, great location for those who want to walk to Pier Park, and easily accessible from the parking garage to the condo. The views of the ocean were amazing, and the pools were perfect for cooling off after the beach. The chairs and umbrella were also a nice addition to our stay and the Calypso resort crew were friendly and made sure people followed resort rules so no nonsense!

Perfect condo!

We stayed at Calypso Resort years ago in a different unit, decided to come back but needed more bedrooms. This one was Definitely the ideal condo for our growing family. Awesome parking, available beach chairs, full set of washer/dryer and king size beds!! Especially the rocker recliner that we used for our 4 month old grandson!! Balcony chairs were very comfortable. There is a Keurig coffee maker that was not stated or pictured. One of the downside is the elevators were packed during check in and check out. This resort is a short walk to Pier Park. Other than that it was perfect!!

FANTASTIC STAY

This condo and Warren Rentals are always great and easy to book. Their staff is very friendly and not hard to get in touch with and are very knowledgeable. The upgrades last year made a big difference and this year the master shower was the best. This is the 4th year my husband and I have stayed in this condo. The VIP parking is worth it. The location close to Pier Park is very convenient and the view is great. There is almost everything you will need for your stay in the kitchen and bathrooms and the view is great. We will be back next year. Thanks again to the Warren Beach Rental staff and to the condo owners.

Excellent condo

Great view. Well stocked kitchen. Clean bathroom. Under garage parking excellent and convenient. Been coming to PCB for 20+ years and this condo has the most comfortable beds and sofa and recliners that we have EVER stayed in. Definitely will be back and worth every penny. You will not be disappointed.

Wonderful stay!

My family and I had a wonderful stay at this unit! Nothing beats the reserved parking space. So convenient! The condo was clean and smelled clean too (a must for me!). The only suggestions I would make are the cooking pan & the bed sheets. The pan was a bit warped (still worked though). The sheets in the master bedroom are microfiber and just did not feel nice on the skin after being out all day in the beach. That's just me but it felt icky. Overall a great stay at this unit therefore I give it 5 stars!

Great Condo/Affordable price

Clean condo with Beautiful decor. Beds and pillows were comfortable. 10th floor was perfect for sitting on the balcony that had comfy chairs to enjoy the view.

Perfect stay in Panama City Beach

Everything from the private parking, to the Amazing views from the condo was perfect. We watched dolphins from the deck, sunsets every night, walked daily to pier park for shopping, the kids playing, watching movies and multiple places to eat. The condo is less than a block from pier park, less than a block from Alvin's Island,.. a couple of blocks from Sharkeys Beach restaurant. The private parking is 5 steps from the elevator, and once off the elevator the condo is 10 steps away... couldn't have been a more perfect place to stay. No car was even needed. Our oldest son flew in separately and we picked him up at the airport just minutes away. Then after we left he spent the day we checked out of the condo walking around pier park, caught a movie, walked to Sharkeys for a nice meal, shopped some more then took the beach shuttle back to the airport. The beach shuttle to the airport was only a $5 charge. Communication was outstanding from start to finish. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS CONDO to anyone and everyone. Door codes were given so there was no check in or check out wait. Four adults and a child had plenty of room and we could easily have had three more people sleeping in beds as well. Easily enough room for eight or more and the full over full bunks were outstanding. You wont go wrong choosing this condo. If you are trying to decide the best area or condo to stay in... you just found it. Convenient, perfect location, no car needed and if you do bring a car it is literally steps to the elevator and then just steps to the room. All you need is your swimsuit and be ready to have an amazing time. Free beach service of chairs and umbrella set up daily at 6am... two huge pools to swim in, tiki bar between the pools for snacks and drinks for all ages.

Convenient Location

Everything was as advertised; condo had easy access within garage next to elevators and close to elevators on 12th floor. Power surge caused elevator outage Wednesday most of the day but Warren Beach staff kept us updated until it was fixed. (This affected multiple resorts.) Only disappointment: floors were very dirty. I cleaned the kitchen floor upon arrival. Everything else was lovely. And it was so helpful to have basic supplies available when we arrived!

Great space

Private parking spot is awesome. View from the room is amazing. Perfect for walkable access to pier park. Only a few negatives, the master bed is very uncomfortable, the 4 pm check in (especially when no one is in the room the night before) because the toilet in the master bath had a ring around the bowl from where it had been sitting from its last cleaning, and I had to plunge the drain in the master bath tub for it to drain properly, and the unit could use a few more cooking utensils. But overall we had an amazing time and wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again. Just the few upgrades could be better for the future.

Definitely our go to place to stay when we do the beach again… clean.

Our condo. 12 th floor overlooking the beach.. super clean. We have stayed at many thru the years…. We like that the cabinets and refrigerator. Didn’t have left over spices Ian’s etc. totally cleaned out also bathrooms didn’t have left over stuff!,,

Brand New feel to the condo. Great experience.

Family loved this condo. We really appreciated the private under building parking right next to the elevator. Incredibly convenient. Beds were new and comfortable. Everything in the unit was either new or exceptionally well maintained. Always a great experience staying with Warren Beach Rentals. They are our "GO TO" Calypso vacation rental agency. Thanks as always for a great vacation experience.

Best in parking space

I was overall pleased with this unit. Best of all “huge parking space, right next to elevator”. The bed mattress was a little hard, but sheets were the softest I have ever felt. The ice maker did not work. So instead of waiting on and meeting maintenance, we opted to use the ice trays provided. Throwback to 70’s, but not that big of a deal. Some plugs did not work in primary bedroom bath. Best location to walk 5 minutes to pier park. And a block from Walmart for groceries. I plan on staying here again. Great vacation! Best place on the beach

Loved being on the beach!! Loved the beach chairs and umbrella. The parking spot on the garage was the BEST!!! Hope to come back again when it's warmer.
