From its lofty resort view to the variety of amenities, Horizon South #31A is sure to exceed all your vacation expectations. With a range of communal facilities, including heated swimming pool, hot tub, kiddie pool, shuffleboard, gas grill and tennis courts, game room, and even a pickleball court, there's something for everyone.

**Please note that guests must provide their own equipment for the use of the community amenities available at this complex including the tennis/pickleball courts, shuffleboard court, mini golf course and the pool tables inside the clubhouse.**

The condo was a great location and clean. We had issues with the WiFi password and the staff were very responsive and resolved it ASAP.

AC was great. The road work made travel in the neighborhood difficult. Also, the water turned off on 3 occasions.

Peaceful

This was one of my favorite stays besides the construction in the neighborhood. Very peaceful and family oriented!

The place was a short 10 minute walk to the beach. The first night we were there the AC didnt work, but a call to the management company had it back on the next morning. There were a couple mornings we woke up without water because of construction. The place felt safe and had tons of amenities.

Perfect Location

It was definitely smaller then the pictures made it appear, but was perfectly suited for what we needed. The complex it sits in is in a great location, within about a 5 minute walk to the beach.

Short family beach trip

Check-in was a breeze gate code and door code provided prior to arrival. Location was walking distance to the beach. Three swimming pools. Amenities were great. The only thing I did not like is that there were eight of us and I did not know until we got there that I had to buy each of us a wristband for 20 each to use the amenities so that was an additional expense I was not prepared for. That may have been listed in the property listing but if it was, I did not see it.

The condo was very nice and in a great location. Southern Vacations (managers of the condo we rented) were super to work with). We had 2 days with no water, internet did not work day 1. When we arrived it was 3:58 and our door code did not work. I called Southern and she explained that check in is at 4:00 and that the code would work at 4:00pm but since it was so close to check in she would override the time lock. During our stay I did kill 2 roaches and the toilet kept hanging up and either wouldn’t refill after a flush or would not turn off when it did refill and water spilled out of the top of the tank (I know there’s an overflow but the water ran out where the handle was located because it was lower than the overflow line). What I didn’t like was all the construction going on at the resort. The entire road was dug up and you could not even walk around or walk to the beach because if it. It was super dusty. The security guards and the staff of Horizon South were very rude. They harassed us constantly about arm bands (bands are required on the property to use the resort amenities and cost 20 each) which I paid for for my teen grandsons but since my wife and I were not swimming I did not feel we needed to spend that 40. But the guards were always on my case about my band when I sat to watch my kids swim for safety reasons. The office staff was just as rude and refused to take my 50 bill to pay for kids armbands. Amenities listed for resort were not all available.
