Smoky Mountain charm abounds at Simone's Cottage, a lovely 2-bedroom +loft, 2-bathroom cabin set alongside the Little Pigeon River in Gatlinburg, Tennessee. With motorcycle-friendly parking and easy access to downtown, guests will appreciate the simplicity of grabbing a bite to eat, going shopping, enjoying the annual events, or having fun at local attractions.

At the cabin, listen to the sounds of the river as you sip coffee in the morning, let your pup curl up by your feet as you watch TV on the big screen, shoot pool, or relax in the outdoor swim spa. At night, gather around the firepit with drinks, s'mores, and stories of the day. With space for 8 guests, you'll find room for family or friends.

The cabin also has a DVD player, 1 king and 1 queen bed, 2 twin beds, an indoor jetted tub, a fully equipped kitchen, and a riverside gazebo where you can relax and enjoy the peace of the Smokies.

We really enjoyed our stay. The cabin was clean and in the perfect location. I would definitely stay there again.

Great Christmas getaway

Celebrated Christmas here and was a perfect getaway. Very grateful for thoughtfulness of Christmas decor!! Clean, comfortable and super close to town. Bring your own hair dryer bc the one in the house doesn’t work but other than that, no complaints.

Christmas vacation

We had a wonderful Christmas with our adult children and fur babies. The cabin was decorated nicely for Christmas. It was unusually cold weather but we stayed toasty in the cabin. We had good communication and would rent again Joyce

Perfect Location!

The location of this property was great! We had multiple generations so it was nice to be able to walk into town to do activities and not have to worry about parking or if people wanted to do other things. The property was clean and well maintained, including the swim spa. The only recommendations I would make would be to have basic essentials for cooking - spices (salt/pepper/etc), cooking oil, etc or mention in your post so renters can come better prepared.

Visiting Gatlinburg

We very much enjoyed this cabin. The attention to details in anticipation of our arrival was very pleasant. Beds were super comfy and hose very cozy. The stream out back is more than beautiful! We cooked our own meals there for the most part and had what we needed. Showers were great. Very convenient location and quieted down nice at night There are bears in the area but are not interested in people... Just garbage or food, so he responsible. We would not hesitate going back here, it was a lovely stay.

Family Trip

Our family trip was short which is why we chose this cabin. Close to town but gave us the opportunity to be by ourselves. The cabin was as expected with a few minor disappointments. There was a washer and dryer but no detergent. There were stains on the walls and the cabin did smell of moisture and mildew. It's in need of tlc.

lots of property damage

Other than items being damaged, everything was fine.There was just a piece of damaged wood on the floor from the back of the master bedroom door. The pool table was damaged and really scruffed up., I took pictures of everything upon arrival. I reached out to the property manager twice with no response.

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!

Simone’s cabin was absolutely amazing. From the view of the river, to the coziness of the cabin itself, to the fire pit area, it exceeded my expectations. It is about a 13 min walk to the “meat” of Gatlinburg & about a 4 min walk to the closest free trolley stop to ride into Gatlinburg. The upstairs area with the pool table, radio, & kids toys, was a hit for our 16 month old & 2.5 year old. My only complaint would be that it isn’t very well stocked. Any & everything you might need, be sure to bring. (salt, pepper, detergent, coffee, paper plates, napkins, paper towels, toilet paper, exc) We would 1,000% stay here again & look forward to doing so.

The cabin is nice. Plenty of room. Being on the water is relaxing. The cabin is located in neighborhood. The strip was loud. You will be able to see it through the vines. I never could get the water hot. The swim spa was amazing once it heated up. One thing i was disappointed about you do not have access to get in the water. There are a set of steps off to the side, it's a drop to get down to the water. There are some boards on the upper level sitting area outside that needs replacing. Someone will fall in if not careful. Over all its a nice cabin. Great location but loud. Due to not being able to get to the water I would not stay again. I did have a bear walk up on me one night while sitting outside. The photo of the bear was the next day across the street. Hungry for sure. The grass needed to be cut.

Smoky Mountain Cup trip

Inside of cabin is very clean. Even the charcoal grill outaide had been scrubbed. The king bed could use some new deep pocket sheets. The current fitted sheet would not stay on the bed. Good, flat location for the dogs to be able to exercise and potty. My only complaint is that the lawn had not been mowed and grass was tall. Landscaping needs some work. Would stay here again. There is no wasted space and the cleanliness of fhe property is amazing.

Excellent location, river right in your backyard!

Overall, I gave this property five stars! The location was tops, the view from the backyard and back porch was super cool, we could go down to the water and splash around at any time, which was a plus! Enjoyed barbecuing in the backyard. The house was cute, and just enough space for us. I wouldn’t try to come with more than 8 people, because it would be too crammed. Had some slight issues with the jets in the hot tub, and the dishwasher, but overall, a great experience! Everyone loved it.

Close Proximity to the Main Strip

Cabin was clean and cozy. My family enjoyed the River views while having coffee every morning. Customer service was top notch. We will definitely book with the host again.

We had a great time, and it was a great place. We have a grandson leaving for service at end ofJune.

It was an awesome place. Close to almost everything. Loved it being next to water. We were very pleased.

Great location

Great location, great space, general use areas clean. The master bed and pillows extremely comfortable. Very dusty in areas such as light fixtures, fans and decorations. Hot tub was not useable, mud was in the bottom.

Spring Break Get-Away

This house was perfect for our family with 3 kids and a dog. There was lots of extra space too for larger groups. The location is great! Easy walking distance to everything, but not in the heart of the heavy traffic area. I would definitely recommend.
