Inside, you will find an open-concept living space with three bedrooms, giving you space to continue unwinding and rejuvenating after a fun-filled day at the beach. Begin your mornings with a coffee in the warm sunlight on the shared patio, and end the evenings with a BBQ cook-out or movie on the screen with your loved ones. With your comfort at the forefront, this home allows you to recharge between your Seaside beach adventures.

Layout & Features
• Open-concept living, dining, and kitchen on the first floor
• 3 cozy bedrooms upstairs:
 ➤ Bedroom 1: Full bed
 ➤ Bedroom 2: Two twin beds
 ➤ Bedroom 3: Full bed
• Please note that Bedroom 2 and 3 are rail-road style, the bedrooms flow into each other making it the ideal room for kids
• 1 full bathroom downstairs
• Air conditioning in all bedrooms for a comfortable night’s sleep

Expectations & Rules
We’re excited to host you! To ensure a comfortable and enjoyable experience for all our guests—and to be respectful of our wonderful neighbors—please take a moment to review and follow these simple guidelines during your stay:

• As per Seaside Ordinance #179 & 55-3. Minimum age for rentals must be 25 years or older and must be residing in the rental during the rental period. Reserving Guest will agree to provide names, addresses and ages of all guests staying in property. Reserving Guest and Guests under 21 must agree to have a Guardian Consent and a Parent execute a Parent Consent Form issued by the Borough of Seaside Heights. No Exceptions. Reservations can not have outside guests or visiting friends. Any group rental seeking to check in in which all guests are under 21 years of age or bring attempt additional guests will be denied access and forfeit any monies paid.

• No Subleasing
 ➤ For security and peace of mind, subleasing or transferring your reservation to another party is not allowed. No 3rd party booking, the booking person must stay through the reservation

• No Parties or Loud Gatherings
 ➤ While we hope you have a fantastic time, this is a family-friendly space, not a party house.
 ➤ As per township ordinance, Quiet hours begin at 10 PM to ensure everyone, including our neighbors, enjoys a peaceful evening.
 ➤ (Please note: The township enforces strict noise ordinances.)

• Pet Policy
 ➤ We welcome 1 small non shedding dogs ! A pet fee applies.
 ➤ Please provide your pet’s breed and size before booking for approval.
 ➤ Unfortunately, large dogs that shed excessively or have aggressive tendencies are not a fit for our space.

Our Cleanliness Promise
➤ We take pride in offering a clean space.
➤ If anything isn’t to your satisfaction when you arrive, let us know within 2 hours of check-in and we’ll gladly send our cleaning team.

Additional Notes
• We provide a starter pack of paper products.
• Parking: 1 car (a $250+ value for weekly stays). Huge perk, as finding parking during summer is challenging or you must pay exorbitant fees at parking lots.
• According to the township ordinance, The minimum age to book is 25 years old, and the primary guest must remain on-site for the stay.
• All televisions are Smart TVs; you can log in with your own accounts to continue what you were watching at home
