Magnificent modern villa in an ideal location with private swimming pool.

We provide one towel and one face towel per person.
The beds are made upon your arrival.

This house consists of an entrance opening onto a large living room with fully equipped open kitchen.
At the same level 2 beautiful bedrooms with bathroom and wc.
A beautiful terrace with a breathtaking view of the Pyrenees borders the kitchen and the living room. A staircase leads to the private swimming pool.

Around the swimming pool a straw hut with a standing angel.
On the other side a barbecue with straw hut and dining table.

Upstairs a very large suite with a nice bathroom, wc, bath, shower. On the landing, a double bedroom.
Always on one level, a beautiful terrace with a view of the mountains and the sea.

Parking is on the street.

The living room level and the suite are air-conditioned.
This villa is ideal for families with children.

During your stay, I will personally welcome you on the day of your arrival and leave you a map of L'Escala with all the necessary information (supermarkets, restaurants, excursions, neighboring villages, etc.).
For the duration of your vacation, I am available 7 days a week from 8:30 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. in case of any problem.

Perfect holiday home in peaceful neighborhood. Well equipped house with lovely pool area. Beaches and restaurants within walking distance.William was a great host and responded promptly to any enquiries.

Heerlijk huis met fijne buiten ruimte

Het is een huis met voldoende ruimte en leuke zitjes. Hier en daar behoeft wel wat renovatie, bijv de wc borstels, de barkrukken/ zitbankjes buiten maar dat zijn kleinigheden. Een losse parasol voor extra schaduw te creëren rond het lig gedeelte bij het zwembad zou een pluspunt zijn. Het is verder een goed uitgerust huis,goede slaapkamers ,badkamers,keuken en bbq plaats en vooral het zwembad. Een erg fijne plek om vakantie te houden. Centraal ten opzicht van de stranden winkels en restaurants.. Bedankt voor het fijne verblijf

We had a lovely stay and really enjoyed the beautiful view, the modern bathrooms, the pool, and the well-equipped kitchen (coffee machine, air fryer, etc.). The layout of the house is great, and we appreciated the flexible check-in/out. When a pot was missing, we bought one and were kindly reimbursed.Some aspects didn’t fully meet expectations considering the overall price level. Several mattresses had noticeable springs and weren’t very comfortable. Sofas were also quite basic. There was a persistent smell from the drains, and the overall cleanliness could have been better. We had to empty a leaking bucket daily in the utility room, and the fridge was rather small for 8 guests.Especially after rain, centipedes were all over the walls. While we understand this can happen in nature, a short heads-up or a response to our message would have been appreciated — even sending someone to clean would have helped.The house has a lot of charm and potential, and we’re thankful for the kind communication overall. With a few improvements, it could offer a truly top-level stay.

Insgesamt sehr schönes Ferienhaus mit 1-2 kleinen Schönheitsfehlern

Das Haus ist sehr schön gelegen und ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Bei 1-2 Sachen merkt man jedoch dass es in die Jahre gekommen ist. Bspw. muss man bei der Toilettenspülung aufpassen, dass man nicht diese nicht zu stark betätigt, da diese sonst stecken bleibt. Insgesamt hatten wir aber einen sehr schönen Urlaub und würden wieder kommen.

Lovely Villa in a Great Location!

We had a wonderful stay in this great Villa in L’Escala. As a group of 6 adults we were looking for a comfortable Villa with a pool in a location that meant we could walk to restaurants and the beach and this was perfect. You have the option of two walkable beach / restaurant locations, both around 20 minutes walk away. The Villa itself was lovely, with lots of places to sit outside and a great pool (probably the biggest and deepest one we’ve had on our Villa holidays). The accommodation is great with everything you need. There are lots of steps (as you can see in the photos) but that was no problem for us and the benefit was the amazing views, including beautiful sunsets over L’Escala. This was our first visit to L’Escala and we really loved it - a pretty seaside town with plenty of places to visit including a beautiful old town and it was relatively quiet when we were there. We’d recommend a visit to the Roman / Greek ruins just outside the town and the beach next door. William was a great host who welcomed us with recommendations of restaurants and things to do and he was available if we had any issues. All in all a perfect place to stay!

Great Villa

This is a great property in an excellent location. I have never stayed in a Villa that was as well equipped as this one. We wanted for nothing. The whole process from booking to check out was as smooth as could possibly be. Overall a very good experience.

The house is from the 60s but has been beautifully renovated, we felt very comfortable. But were also only 4 in the house. The distant view is great and the location is OK. In total for the house 5 stars. Especially would like to mention the service of the housekeeping (William). Super 5++++ stars, great communication, always there when you needed something just top Thank you William because of you we come again. // Das Haus ist aus den 60ern, wurde aber schön renoviert. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, waren aber auch nur zu viert in dem Haus. Die Fernsicht ist super und die Lage ist ok. In Summe geben wir für das Haus 5 Sterne. Besonders möchten wir den Service vom Hauskeeping erwähnen (William). Super 5++++ Sterne, super Kommunikation, immer da wenn man etwas brauchte. Einfach top. Vielen Dank William wegen dir kommen wir wieder.

Schönes Haus mit Nachteilen Unser Urlaub war auf diesen Matratzen und in diesen schmalen Betten nicht erholsam für erwachsene Menschen nicht zu empfehlen es war nicht möglichen die Schlafzimmer zu verdunkeln wir müssten dunkle Tücher vor die Fenster hängen um Schlafen zu können und tagsüber die Sonne abzudunkeln für Kleinkinder unter 4 Jahen nicht geeignet ungesicherte und viele Treppen diese Angabe fehlt in der Ausschreibung Rund um den Pool der Bodenbelag ist bei Nässe extrem rutschig und ein normales gehen ist nicht möglich Mangelgafte Küchenaussrüstung keine kleine Töpfe vorhanden und fehlende Topfdeckel Keine Tee oder Glaskanne keine Pastateller oder tiefe Teller, fehlende Eierbecher und vieles mehr kein Sonnenschutz auf der Terasse vor der Küche, Metallsitze mit Bierwerbung als Sitzgelegenheiten entspricht nicht dem Wert vom Haus wir würden dieses Haus nicht mehr mieten auch der Kontakt zum Vermieter William war ungenügend wir werden bei FeWo nicht mehr mieten als 75 jähriger Mensch habe ich schon viel Objekte angemietet aber wir können dieses Haus wegen seinen absolut schlechten Schlafmöglichkeiten nicht weiter empfehlen ausserdem ist der Kühlschrank für 8 Personen zu klein bemessen hier wäre eine weitere Kühlmöglichkeit für Getränke empfehlenswert
