Villa Moringa offers a breathtaking view of the Caribbean Sea. It is located in Mont Vernon 3, in a private and secure residence, halfway between Orient Bay and Grand Case. The location of the villa is perfect to enjoy all the restaurants, activities and the most beautiful beaches of the island (Grand Case, Orient Bay, Anse Marcel, Pinel...). You will be totally charmed by its "Saint Barth" style.

The villa is very comfortable, the bedding is of quality. It has a Fiber Internet connection and a smartTV in the living room allowing you to watch Netflix, Prime TV, Canal Plus! (Don't forget to bring your personal codes :))
It also has a cistern, which is very useful during this period of many city water cuts.

The villa entirely on one level consists of:
- a spacious living-dining room
(The dining table is none other than a billiards, notice to amateurs!)
- a kitchen open to the living room, equipped and fitted, and opening onto the terrace.
- a master bedroom with a king size bed, dressing room, safe and toilet and en-suite bathroom and air conditioning,
- a second bedroom with a king size bed (which can be separated into two single beds) with air conditioning,
- a second bathroom
- a separate toilet

A shaded terrace adjoining the living room and kitchen has a relaxation area by the pool. You can relax during the day on the large corner sofa, enjoy the most beautiful sunrise at breakfast, or have an aperitif with friends. You can also have your meals outside on the dining table facing the sea.

Villa Moringa offers a 180° view of the sea and the mountains. Pleasantly ventilated and out of sight. You can enjoy its swimming pool and the outdoor carbet for an optimal stay!
