Welcome to our White House on Laguna St in Laguna Beach, newer home built in 2021. We have comfy beds, a fully stocked kitchen and ample linens. After a fun day on the beach we have an outdoor shower in our fenced patio where there is plenty of outdoor seating & propane fire pit. An easy 7 min walk or 2 min drive to Laguna Beach, a natural shoreline deeded and dedicated to the Laguna community. The beach is natural and not built upon. You can walk or drive your car and park and the beach Bedrooms have new smart TVs, 70' TV in living & 55' in master.

-WE STRICTLY ENFORCE OCCUPANCY to six people including children. We will reserve the right to cancel the reservation immediately with no refund if you bring more than 6 overnight guests.

Laguna Beach is a mostly locals neighborhood with some old Florida, new Florida & some local flavor. Our home is not just a rental it is our personal getaway that we hope will feel like home to you. We have a Ninja blender for your frosty mixes, Kitchenaid mixers for the baker, and cooking pans are Emeril's Proclad made by Allclad. We have plenty of everything you need in a kitchen, and a charcoal grill is provided. We are geared towards families and groups who would rather have a quiet night at home than party all night.

If you want to get out we are only 3.5 miles to Pier Park. Walking distance and less than a mile is Thomas Donuts, Carousel grocery store, and one block from DQ. Less than 3 miles Walmart, Publix and Winn Dixie. Carousel is our neighborhood grocery store that has an outstanding wine selection and a package store next door. 30A and Rosemary Beach is 5.8 miles and the Donut Hole is 5.3 miles. Back Beach BBQ is .3 miles and great smoked brisket. Salty Sues is 1.7 miles and Mikes Cafe is 1.8 miles. Marco's pizza delivers.

If you bring your bicycles you can store them on the enclosed patio that can be locked. Biking in our community is easy and a great way to get around.

Fabulous as always

We enjoy staying in this quiet community of Laguna Beach when we visit PCB. This was the 4th home we’ve stayed at in Laguna Estates - there are many that all the look the same and they suit our family well. This home was my favorite, because of the cute decor and the curtains which are helpful to keep the light out of the kids rooms. I also appreciated the extra linens provided. There were plenty of towels and extra blankets which can be a rare find at past beach homes we’ve stayed at. We enjoyed walking to Dairy Queen for ice cream and the quick trip to the beach and carousel grocery make this area a favorite. The kids love the outdoor shower in the fenced backyard to clean off the sand. I was happy to find laundry detergent, dryer sheets and dish detergent available. Plenty of cookware and even spices, etc if needed. We definitely recommend this home.

Refresh reboot reenergize

This was a lovely home in a lovely location. It was clean and fully stocked. We did miss having a full length mirror to check ourselves out before we left the home, but that did not distract from the fact that we loved staying at this home. The owner was very fast with responding.

We love our home in Laguna Beach Florida! We chose this home because of the dedicated beach that is reserved for the community of Laguna Beach. The beach is not private but is a reserved nature beach for the benefit of the Laguna Community.

Compared to many of Florida’s desirable beach towns along the Gulf of Mexico, Laguna Beach stands apart for its lack of commercial development. Around the time of World War II, landowners to the north of U.S. Highway 98 were concerned that their views of and access to the beach would be lost to commercial development — the beach itself lies on the southern side of U.S. 98.

To protect against the injunction, the northern landowners successfully got an injunction from Florida’s Supreme Court that reserved the land south of U.S. 98 in Laguna Beach proper against major commercial development. This reservation has lasted up to the present day.

As a result, Laguna Beach is much less developed than its Gulf Coast neighbors, such as Panama City Beach. You won’t find highrise condominium, enormous hotels or eateries right along the shore of Laguna. Instead, you’ll find a beach as nature intended it — sand, surf and sun (on most days).
