Welcoming, and clean home with mini split ac's in the living room/sun room. Walk to nice sandy beach! 2 bedrooms located on main level (each with window ac), and an additional large bedroom located upstairs (portable ac unit). Tastefully decorated living area with updated kitchen. Additional amenities include washer and dryer (located in shed) Lovely yard with deck, gas grill and enclosed outdoor shower. Only 3/10 of a mile to Glendon Road Beach.

Walking distance to seasonal favorites, including the Dog House, Chapins Fish and Chips beach bar, Bandera's, Southside Cantina, What's the Scoop ice cream, Cleat and Anchor, One Stop and the Sailing Cow! There is no shortage of options at this location!
