You will be within walking distance to local shops, food, golf course, hiking trails and a quick 5 minute drive to Waterville Valley Ski Resort. The newly renovated house is bright and spacious. There are five bedrooms with Four en suite bedrooms. Two bedrooms are on the second floor - one has a king, the other one has a full and a twin. One bedroom on the main level has a king. Two bedrooms are on the lower level - one has a king and a twin. The other one has two queens. The living room on the main floor has five couches and a wood burning fireplace. Four large smart TVs are set on different floors to accommodate your needs. The sauna room sitting at a quiet corner is perfect to help you relax at the end of a day. There are plenty of board games and books also. The house can comfortably host ten adults and four kids.
In addition Waterville Valley is located between Plymouth and Lincoln, both of which have a lot of hiking trails and restaurants if you are looking for an adventure outside of the Valley.
