Welcome to your luxury retreat in the heart of downtown Asheville! This modern 2-bedroom, 2-bath condominium offers a perfect blend of luxury comfort and urban convenience.

The open-concept living area features a comfortable blue sofa and armchairs, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. Step through the glass doors onto your private balcony.

The sleek, fully equipped kitchen is appointed with stainless steel modern appliances and a large island with seating, making it ideal for preparing a meal or enjoying a morning coffee.

There is a secure, indoor parking garage with one assigned spot. A lot is located on the north side of the building and available for our guests, viewable from the master bedroom.

Guests will have exclusive and private access to the entire 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condominium. Your access includes:
* The entire private condo unit.
* One dedicated parking space in the secure, in-building garage.
* Use of the building's elevator for easy access from the lobby and garage.

The building is secured, and you will enjoy a seamless self-check-in process with keyless entry codes for the main lobby, parking garage, and your condo's front door. These codes will be provided two days prior to your arrival.

We are committed to ensuring you have a wonderful and private stay. While we won't be on-site, we are always available to answer any questions or address any needs you may have. Clean place & Wonderful location

Stayed here on a weekend trip to Asheville for a concert at Rabbit Rabbit. Can't ask for a better location, just a short walk around the block or across the street. Great food and shopping nearby. Hosts were friendly and quick to respond to questions. Will absolutely return for a future trip

Gem in downtown Asheville!

Can’t say enough good things about this property and owners. The place was amazing, clean and adorably decorated. It was in the center of downtown which was perfect for walking everywhere. The owners were so sweet and accommodating with great communication. I would definitely recommend and will be booking the same spot on my next trip to Asheville.

Family reunion

We absolutely loved Asheville. The condo was situated in perfect walking distance to everything. It was a little loud in the evenings due to our weekend stay, but that didn’t bother us too much. Parking was a huge plus! Safe, secure building. Can’t wait till next year!

Great experience!

We had a great stay! The condo was in a perfect location and only a few minute walk to downtown Asheville. The check in process was easy and the condo was very nice and. exactly as described. It was clean and had everything we needed. Would definitely recommend and would stay here again on future trips back to Asheville!

The condo was very clean and comfortably appointed. The location would be an easy walk to downtown but the homeless made it uncomfortable. Especially coming back in the evening when they were sleeping in the doorways of the building.

Easy Downtown Stay

My daughter and I came to visit friends and enjoy all downtown Asheville has to offer. What we loved about this swanky condo was its location and parking access. Although we did not use our car because we could walk everywhere, it was nice having a secure private spot to park it. It is clean and decorated beautifully. The beds are comfy. This is our 2nd time staying at this location and we would definitely stay there again.

New Year's Weekend Getaway

We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful condo. The decor is modern and very well done. The kitchen is fully stocked for cooking. The beds are very comfortable and the bathrooms are sleek and spotless. The parking spot in the secured garage made us feel safe and we appreciated the cart provided for moving luggage in and out. We were able to relax and enjoy the weekend at this lovely home. Highly recommended!

Weekend visit for family wedding

Our family of four (two adults, 19 & 16 y.o. Son’s) had a wonderful stay in this condo for a long weekend in Asheville. Beautifully decorated and very comfortable (sofa bed utilized and should be considered a viable option - surprisingly adequate). Convenient location / walking to shops, dining, etc - being across from bud station not an issue for us. Hosts are responsive to questions. The added touch of having the rolling cart by the parking space was a huge help! As others have noted, the garage is just as you pull in - immediately on the right - do not go up the ramp to second level. Would definitely stay again!

The Reasons for this rating

Initial communication with property owner was okay when dealing with Beth… but the day before our arrival, when attached documents were supposed to be included with the condo entrance communication, none were attached.. we were concerned mainly because there are extensive directions for entering the building garage, elevator floor and condo unit… we attempted to message the host multiple times but when clicked on Message the host, I kept going back

Close to Downtown Asheville

We had a great time staying here for a girls weekend. The hosts were very quick to respond to questions and the location was in walking distance from restaurants and many breweries. Would recommend!

Nice stay

Nice stay. Walking distance to good restaurants and breweries. Some homeless people nearby, but they didn’t bother us. Missing a couple things but easily remedied - owners responded very quickly. Comfortable beds - even the sofa sleeper couch had a good foam mattress.
