Stunning new build condo in downtown Asheville. This is a Corner Unit Condo with two Master Bedrooms. Your own private wrap-around balcony provides incredible southwest-facing views of the Blue Ridge Mountains. Located on Biltmore Ave in downtown you are central to all that Asheville has to offer Also, just a short drive to the Biltmore Estate or the Blue Ridge Parkway One parking spot is available but cars can be no larger than a Tahoe type vehicle.

You will receive detailed instructions upon booking and 3 days prior to arrival with all relevant information needed for access to your rental and stay.

Towns Property Management, Inc. is a local company that has staff available 24/7. We are here to answer any questions you have and take care of any concerns. You receive detailed check-in instructions upon booking and 3 days prior to your arrival, however, someone is always available for you; we want to ensure your stay is exceptional.

The apartment was well appointed and immaculate. It also had a very nice view of the mountains from the balcony. The location was perfect for walking to restaurants and shops.

Beautiful condo! Easy to find. Instructions to get in were detailed. View was amazing! Unfortunately a bit too chilly to spend time on the deck, but we tried! Pictures are accurate. Highly recommend

Will definitely be back!

Our overall stay was amazing and I mean amazing! The property felt secure and private, while also being in walking distance of downtown's shopping and entertainment. Having the private balcony was our favorite and the view is incredible. The secure garage was a nice touch but be mindful of the vehicle size limits.

Not enough paper products (toilet paper) loud drunk people screaming when the bars were closing at 230 in the morning Great location very comfort and would book again.

Great location and spectacular views

This is our 3rd time staying in this unit. It is immaculate, tastefully decorated and has secure parking. We also loved the location, walking distance to shops, restaurants and breweries. We will stay here again.

Great location for a girls get away!

This property was a perfect place for our girls get away. It was very clean and a great location! We could walk to tons of places. The check in process was great because it is all keypads with codes. Would definitely stay here again!

Perfect place!

Everything about this condo was perfect for us and we would definitely stay here again. The place was clean and ready for us when we arrived. The space was perfect for our group- two adult couples. The location was fantastic. Just a few blocks from all the shops and restaurants.

Amazing location!

Excellent location! Walkable to restaurants, breweries and coffee shops. We felt like we were locals for our time there. The condo itself was gorgeous with an incredible view the mountains over Biltmore forest. Great spot for an evening cocktail. We will definitely be back!

Ashville visit

We came for a few day first time visit to Ashville. The accommodations and location couldn’t have been better. We were in the south slope area around many breweries, food, and attractions. The Biltmore was amazing as well. We enjoyed our trip immensely and look forward to a return trip in the future.
