Stunning new build condo in downtown Asheville. This is a Corner Unit Condo with two Master Bedrooms. Your own private wrap-around balcony provides incredible southwest-facing views of the Blue Ridge Mountains. Located on Biltmore Ave in downtown you are central to all that Asheville has to offer Also, just a short drive to the Biltmore Estate or the Blue Ridge Parkway One parking spot is available but cars can be no larger than a Tahoe type vehicle.

You will receive detailed instructions upon booking and 3 days prior to arrival with all relevant information needed for access to your rental and stay.

Towns Property Management, Inc. is a local company that has staff available 24/7. We are here to answer any questions you have and take care of any concerns. You receive detailed check-in instructions upon booking and 3 days prior to your arrival, however, someone is always available for you; we want to ensure your stay is exceptional.

View was amazing. We wish there was a gas fireplace on the balcony. Recommendations on places to go were spot on. Definitely put a note about how to reset your door password in case it doesn’t work at first. Second, would be to get a shoe rack as well as a coat rack. The WiFi needs to get upgraded are a different provider. The very front row of stones were wobble closes to the edge of the balcony.

The apartment was well appointed and immaculate. It also had a very nice view of the mountains from the balcony. The location was perfect for walking to restaurants and shops.

Beautiful condo! Easy to find. Instructions to get in were detailed. View was amazing! Unfortunately a bit too chilly to spend time on the deck, but we tried! Pictures are accurate. Highly recommend

Look no further, the pictures don't do it justice; some of the best mountain views you will ever find. We went to see a show and really enjoyed this place. It's very secure, centrally located, and the patio will have you hanging out on the balcony as much as you are exploring Asheville. Property managers are top notch and do a great job communicating everything. We will definitely book this place again when we return!

Our overall stay was amazing and I mean amazing! The property felt secure and private, while also being in walking distance of downtown's shopping and entertainment. Having the private balcony was our favorite and the view is incredible. The secure garage was a nice touch but be mindful of the vehicle size limits.

Great Mountain Views to the West

Close proximity to Biltmore Estates, their many breweries and downtown. It really is a centralized hub. Few codes to remember for access to the condo; however, in a day or two, you have them mastered. Overall, the condo has a great layout and is extremely quiet inside and in the halls. But the balcony furniture is in need of a refresh imo. That's the main selling point of this property. A word about Asheville to those far away, it's still very much recovering from Helene, especially if looking to experience Mount Mitchell, the Blueridge Parkway and other outdoor attractions. But if visiting the Biltmore is on your list, crowds are down from their normal numbers as of early July.

New condo building. Nice furnishings, comfortable beds, very nice deck with view of mountains Location was a 10-15 walk to great restaurants parks etc.

Amazing location!

Excellent location! Walkable to restaurants, breweries and coffee shops. We felt like we were locals for our time there. The condo itself was gorgeous with an incredible view the mountains over Biltmore forest. Great spot for an evening cocktail. We will definitely be back!

Great location and spectacular views

This is our 3rd time staying in this unit. It is immaculate, tastefully decorated and has secure parking. We also loved the location, walking distance to shops, restaurants and breweries. We will stay here again.

So many codes! There is a serious and unsettling knocking noise when riding the elevator. You need to have this looked into. Other occupants and renters also mentioned it.

Autumn in Asheville

Absolutely amazing condo perfect for a weekend in Asheville. The condo was stylish and clean with safe and secure parking. Gorgeous views from downtown Asheville all the way to Mt. Pisgah. Terrific location! Only a 5 minute walk to downtown & everything that Asheville offers; shopping, restaurants, breweries... We will definitely be back.

Excellent Apt & Location

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We really enjoyed our stay in this 2 bedroom, 2 bath apt. There was plenty of room for all of us to relax and still have privacy. The apt & bldg are very clean, and the garage parking was such an added bonus after having stayed in Asheville w/o that amenity. The location is perfect for walking to many excellent restaurants, boutiques,yoga, and the food co-op that was stocked with everything you could need. It was a very short ride to tubing on the river, and a slightly longer drive to many options for hiking. We had a very small issue that we need to contact management on and their reply was quick and took care of the situation.

Perfect place!

Everything about this condo was perfect for us and we would definitely stay here again. The place was clean and ready for us when we arrived. The space was perfect for our group- two adult couples. The location was fantastic. Just a few blocks from all the shops and restaurants.
