Really enjoyed our stay! Very clean and well-maintained. Kitchen and bathrooms were modern with new appliances and fixtures. View was BEAUTIFUL. There are other buildings and a parking lot that you can see from balcony, but that is absolutely to be expected in downtown Asheville and worth it for the convenience to food and fun. Biltmore is a very short drive away. Hosts were super responsive and gave very clear check-in and out instructions. Will happily stay again when we come back in town!

Spacious, clean, we walked everywhere — 2 minute stroll up the hill to downtown shops and restaurants. Parking garage can feel tight and is up a steep incline. But we left it there so nbd. Would definitely stay again.

It was fine but a heads up if you're looking for absolute quiet - there's a nearby outdoor music venue with occasional concerts. One night of the stay the music and crowd noise was very loud inside the condo - it was all tolerable and ended by 10pm but just an FYI and would be perfect for someone attending a nearby concert!

The area was pretty run down but I think it may have been due to recent hurricane. The property was walkable to downtown but had to drive quite a distance for any hiking.

Great Stay

Love the condo. Because its near the bus station, its a little bit noisy throughout the nite but its tolerable. The condo itself was great! Very clean with everything you could possibly need.

I was skeptical at first due to the scams that go on these days. Highly recommend. Great walking distance to pretty much everything. Wonderful communication with the staff of this booking. The condo was very safe and required passcodes for everything. It was overall an amazing experience. I highly recommend this location. I will for sure book again.

Lovely place, but broken WiFi

Very convenient spot to downtown, and the condo was as described. I'd definitely recommend the unit and would stay there again. The only significant problem was the WiFi, which would work for a minute or so and then cut out. We contacted the company by email and they were quick to respond, but when the tech visited (while we were out) he said it was working. We wrote back and showed screenshots from devices and the TVs to prove that it wasn't. The tech returned, and after an hour or so removed the router, connected the TVs to the WiFi of the apartment across the hallway, and gave us the password. The other network wasn't strong enough to cover the whole apartment. Since the TV's were all internet-based, we weren't able to watch anything for the first few days. Once we were on the other network, there was a long lag time because of the weak signal from another apartment. On balance, it wasn't a huge deal, and we really did enjoy the convenience to downtown (we could walk pretty much anywhere), but it was frustrating.

Excellent apartment
