Your entire family will love this luxurious beach sanctuary with a private saltwater pool and spa. The serene courtyard oasis, complete with comfortable lounge chairs, can be accessed at several points, including a primary bedroom.

Your crew will also take advantage of the complimentary 4-seater golf cart, for zooming to the beaches, shops, and eateries. Or cruise around on one of the 4 complimentary bikes. Never a dull moment.

Check out the stunningly designed interiors and the peaceful screened-in porch on the second floor. With high ceilings, rustic wood beams, and a gas fireplace, the expansive and handsome ground-floor living area is undeniably unique.

The living room, with a large TV, has lots of plush, comfortable seating. The dining area includes seating for 8, along with a side table for 4, which doubles as a game table for rainy days. The impressive chef’s kitchen is equipped with two large sinks, a 5-burner gas range, double wall ovens, and 2 Bosch dishwashers. An exquisite, large quartzite island has additional seating for 5.

A guest bedroom, queen, with a Smart TV, is next to the shared hall bath. A primary bedroom, king, is just as fabulous and includes a massive walk-in shower with multiple shower heads, a double quartzite vanity, and a private water closet.

The second floor includes two guest bedrooms and a shared full bath with a double vanity and tub/shower combo. Relax on the large three-sided screened-in porch, overlooking the courtyard, which includes a comfy swinging seat, a loveseat, a side table, and outdoor fans.

This house was perfect for our family for fall break. The location was close to everything and the golf cart made it super easy to get back and forth to the beach. I highly recommend!

Very nice getaway quite place to stay

Place was as advertised pool was very nice and inside had everything thing you could need. Beds we’re comfortable and having a golf cart made a big difference when it came time to go out and eat. Close to beach if you want to go. Would highly recommend this place.

The perfect spot on 30A

I’ll rent this specific home again in the future. It’s location is impeccable (steps from beach access), and it has all the amenities one could ask for. Beautiful place. Property management responded to any and all of my needs and questions. This is short and sweet but not much else needs to be said. Incredible home.

Our favorite place to stay!

I really can’t recommend this property enough! It’s gorgeous and close to everything but without the extra noise! Customer service with the host was amazing. Very clean and the pool was an absolute perfect amenity for after the beach! We will be back soon!

Spring Break

The house was perfect for our family! The heated pool was a huge hit for the kids and a must if you're there in the spring. One issue was that there were no instructions on turning the fountains on and had to have someone come out to turn them on for us (day 3). So, you may want to request that they are turned on prior to your arrival. We also wanted to use the fireplace on the chilly spring nights but were told they were for owner use only.

Good for both beach and Seaside

The location was good for the beach because the beach access at San Juan is less crowded than closer in to Seagrove/Seaside. It's also good for Seaside by bike. The doors to the pool all had chimes we could toggle on which helped with pool child safety. We had the pool heated in November and the temperature was excellent and warm.

Convenient and Spacious

Our second time in this home and it did not disappoint. Family with the baby had nice spacious master. Upstairs rooms only have one bath - and not connected, only downside. Other bedroom on main floor has a queen. Full kitchen with everything you could want. Pool was used every day and enjoyed by all - small enough for the youngsters and the area was spacious and comfy. Shower just outside the laundry is a perfect location. TV's in all bedrooms and living. WiFi available. 4 bikes and golf cart for 4 - terrific

BEST FAMILY VACATION HOME!!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The photos of Winter’s End do not do it justice! We had three families stay comfortably in this home and found the setup to be PERFECT for the kids and toddlers! Having the pool in the center of the home made for easy entertainment and relaxing without ever having to leave home. The golf cart and bikes made getting to the beach super convenient. The location of this home is minutes away from great shopping and dining. There aren’t enough words to describe how great our stay was! We can’t wait to go back!!

Summer Vacation in Santa Rosa 30A

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful time in Santa Rosa, and at our stay at Winter's End. The home was beautiful, all appliances worked, and we were all very comfortable during our stay. Enjoyed the fact the property was close to the beach - the golf cart was a HUGE bonus (would've been nicer if it was a 6 seater vs 4 seater) - and also close to local restaurants and grocery. For the price, I would've liked to see the property provide more items such as paper towels and toilet paper. We had to purchase those ourselves as only a couple of each of those items were provided. We did run into an issue with the trash, and lack of receptacle. We had trouble getting response from management company for several days. Eventually it was sorted out and taken care of but the response was slow. Overall had a wonderful time - we would definitely recommend.

We loved the house!!!!

The house was beautiful! It had plenty of room for all 10 of us. The kids loved the pool and it was close enough to the beach to walk, ride your bikes or even the golf cart that came with the house.

Look No Further! Book Winter’s End

This place is nothing short of amazing. Private yet close to the beach and filled with activities for a fun filled family vacation. Our kids loved the pool, bikes, and all of the fun board games. The home was spotless and well maintained inside and out. Kitchen is perfect for a large family. We will definitely look to return here again! Oversee property management is also exceptional and very responsive. Easy check in and out.

Wonderful space for beach vacay!

We loved the house!! The porch was so convenient for dropping shoes and beach supplies. I loved the outdoor spaces to enjoy with ceiling fans… upper screened-in deck with swing and pool area which has plenty of seating! The pool was a wonderful source of fun when swimming was not allowed at the beach for a day due to FRED. I really enjoyed the artwork and unique touches of decor! The kitchen was well stocked. Our group could have used a few more coffee mugs and dish towels, but there were plenty of pretty dishes and anything we needed to cook for our simple meals and great counter space! Loved the good supply of games! The master suite was spacious and the showers all had good water pressure when all the showers were in use and plenty of hot water. I’m ok with morning light, but someone might have a hard time with the light bedroom curtains. Comfortable seating in the great room and plenty of seating for dining and board games! A few more matts or rugs (like in the master bathroom) by some of the doors could help with sand and water. The concrete floors can get slippery even when you’re trying to be careful coming in from the pool. A supply of granite counter spray and another roll of paper towels would be nice to keep those lovely countertops looking and feeling good! The 4 bikes and golf cart were very useful and a factor in choosing a place. We were very pleased and the house was an answer to prayer, praise God! One other thing that would be helpful would be a listing and map of restaurants and reservation info.
