Escape to the 30A lifestyle at Seas The Moment, our updated 3-bedroom, 3-bath home with a private pool! Enjoy a short stroll to the beach and bask in the newly remodeled interiors, complemented by a great outdoor space featuring a private pool.

Location:

Found on the highly desirable San Juan Avenue, we are centrally located in the heart of Seagrove Beach on 30A. We are a short bike ride to Seaside Town Square and popular Seagrove restaurants and shops, or an easy walk to the Gulf!



Guest Access:

Guests are given a unique door code that is active for the duration of their stay.



Interaction with Guests:

We respect your privacy but can always assist you with any questions or recommendations.



Parking:

• Parking for 4 Vehicles.

• No Boats, Trailers, or U-Hauls are permitted.

• NO STREET PARKING



House Rules:

• No smoking

• $175 Pet Fee

• No parties or events

• Must be 25 or older and staying at the property for the entire stay.

• The primary guest is required to sign the Kismet Properties Renter’s Agreement

• The Primary guest is required to upload a copy of their photo ID.

CANCELATION POLICY:

Guest receives 100% (less $250.00 cancellation fee) if cancellation occurs more than 60 days before arrival; Guest receives 50% (less $250.00 cancellation fee) if cancellation occurs more than 30 days before arrival; No refunds within 30 days of arrival.



The Neighborhood:

Located on highly desirable San Juan Avenue just off 30A we are centrally located along 30A. We are walking distance to Seaside and restaurants. Shopping and dining are both directions on 30A from the subdivision and an easy bike ride. Come stay with us! Enjoy miles of paved bike/walk or jog paths located directly across the street from street entrance so you can explore everything 30A has to offer! The public beach walkovers are conveniently located along 30A for safe crossing.

Cozy house and convenient location

The house is very cute and had everything we needed. My favorite spot was the screened in front porch for coffee in the mornings. Having the pool with poolside half bath was great as well! Pool is not as big as it appears in pics but plenty big enough for what we needed. Easy and close access to the beach and also pet friendly was a plus.highly recommend you eat at The Surfing Deer and Old Florida Fishhouse!

Lovely Property and so close to the beach !

This home was perfect for our family vacation. Comfortable with space for all of us including our dog which was a nice bonus. Close to the beach with a really nice pool. We had a great time! Nancy the owner was gracious and wonderful to work with. I highly recommend!

Fenced yard and in ground pool. Loved the property. All bedrooms had their own bathroom. Close to everything. Would stay again.

Beautiful Home in Perfect Location

We loved our extended stay at Seas The Moment. The home is beautifully decorated and clean. Even in the winter, we enjoyed the multiple covered (and one screened) outdoor seating areas. The pool area is sunny and peaceful. And, the street is in the perfect location! Quick and easy trip via walk, bike or cart to the public beach, grocery store and Seaside. Kismet was very accommodating and easy to work with. We will definitely stay again.

Perfection!

Our stay was wonderful! The house was the perfect size for our crew and we loved the location! We rented bikes and a golf cart and got in our car one time the whole week! Easy walk to the beach! Loved having the pool in the back yard! Close to Publix, Cafe 30A, Seaside, all of our 30A favorites! Host was extremely responsive and helpful! Thank you!

Beautiful property with a lovely front screened porch!

This vacation home was awesome and beautifully decorated! The kitchen was large and stocked with everything we needed. The beds were comfortable with quality sheets. The house even included a golf cart and bikes which makes this property a better option than others nearby. We were grateful that there were beach chairs and umbrellas available at the home since we flew to Florida and could not pack these items. There is plenty of seating inside and outside the home on the front porch and around the pool. The screened in porch was a perfect place to relax. We used the pool several times and went to the beach daily, which is right at the end of the street. A huge plus for our girls trip was having a bathroom attached to each bedroom. We will definitely be back next year to enjoy the beach and Seas The Moment.

Great place - ignore the 1 star review :)

House was perfect for two families of 4. Plenty of space to be together when that's the preference, and plenty of space for separate time when needed. I regret not bringing/renting bikes. The public beach parking typically fills up if you're not there/set up by 8:30-9, but could be walked to depending on age ranges.

We had a great week relaxing at Seas The Moment and would stay there again. Other than ongoing construction on the street, everything was quite enjoyable. The house was clean and well kept. We enjoyed cooking in the kitchen and using the grill on a couple of occasions. The proximity to beach (.25 mile) was solid and made for a nice walk or quick bike ride. I would say the greatest asset of this house is the pool, having a private pool was a first for us on 30A and made for nice morning and evening swims. All in all great house. Will continue using Kismet Properties as our go to 30A lodging.

Great house located in a quite neighborhood with a private pool!! Also this property is dog friendly!! Just a couple of suggestions to make the stay perfect. 1.) upstairs shower need some tender loving care to clean up some mold issues. 2.) Would recommend owners providing beach chairs as the beach is a bit of a walk from the house. We did rent beach chairs at the beach which was helpful! 3.) Wold recommend owners provide bikes as this would be helpful going to the beach! All in all this is a great property and I would highly recommend this house to anyone staying in Greyton Beach Fl. Great Home in a Perfect Location

We go down to 30A at least once a year and have to say that Seas the Moment is one of the best houses we have stayed at. It was perfect for our family and loved having the option of the private heated pool. It really came in handy with the water being a little too Chilly to swim at the end of March. Chris with property management was great and was super quick to answer any questions I had. My only criticism is that it is not really decorated for families with young childeren. If you have toddlers I recommend sending an adult inside right when you get there to pick up all the fragile decor pieces and move them to an out of reach place.

Definitely Seas The Moment!

Visited in late January. It's a lovely, spacious and well appointed home in a quiet Seagrove neighborhood within walking distance to the beach, shopping, dining, bars and the paved Timpoochee trail that runs the length of 30A. Perfect for families or low key friend trips. You'll have everything you need including a private pool and a wonderful screened porch for relaxing with your morning coffee or afternoon cocktail. Rent a bike or golf cart to round out your stay. We've been coming to this area for years and this is THE BEST home and location! Close to Seaside. Chris with Kismet is very responsive. House wasn’t as expected

We have stayed at this house before and didn’t have the problems we had this time. Dishwasher did not work the entire time of our stay. The refrigerator stunk like fish and it made our smell. Manager would not respond to some of our question. Not a smooth vacation.
