For Summer 2026, the Daytona Beach Bandshell has free concerts every Friday and Saturday night. Saturday concerts run May 23–Sept. 26, with fireworks over the ocean after the show at 9:45 PM. Friday concerts run June 12–Aug. 28. No parking hassle, no driving around — just stroll over, enjoy the music, watch the fireworks, and walk back to your condo. This is exactly why Ocean Walk is such a strong summer location: beach days, pool time, concerts, fireworks, restaurants, and boardwalk fun all right outside your door.

Great views from the living room and one of the bedrooms. Only 1 smart tv in the unit and two of the bedroom windows look out into a hallway which is awkward. The host are great and accommodating. The resort has good amenities and convenient beach access.

Perfect location, easy walking access to everything! Kids had plenty to do w resort amenities and activities right near us! The condo was superb, just like listing! The host was quite accommodating and responsive. The location of the property was excellent, near walking for almost everything. The property itself was a little lacking on the clean side. The floors needed to have a good scrubbing. The kitchen was minimally stocked but ok for our needs.

Beautiful unit in Ocean Walk resort

Always enjoy our stay at Ocean Walk in Daytona. This was the nicest unit we have stayed in. Beautifully updated and maintained. We will definitely be back! Even the lock off unit was updated beautifully and our friends loved it!

Beautiful, spacious property with all the amenities you could ask for! Perfect location, close to the airport with an easy walk to anything you could need. Only negative I would say was no towels provided for pool or beach but was clearly stated so we knew that going in. Otherwise, it was amazing! We had a great time with our three kids and had a wonderful first time visiting Daytona! Thanks for a memorable vacation!!

Nice getaway

Great place to go if you have kids. It was extremely busy but was expected during the summer months. Beach was fabulous. Be prepared to bring towels and beach equipment if you do not wish to rent. Great location.

Convenient location for NCA nationals. Clean large unit with ocean view and easy access to Bandshell and surrounding restaurants. One minor issue with air conditioner that was resolved day it was reported. Would stay again

Great Family Vacation

This was our 6th trip to Daytona staying at Wyndham OceanWalk but the first time renting from Renata. The condo was lovely. One of the washing machines broke down and after one email to Renata the repair main was there the next day and fixed it immediately. The resort itself is a great place because of all the amenities and the beachfront location. I definitely recommend the resort and Renata is a wonderful hostess!!

Ideal Daytona Beach stay

Fantastic setting for Memorial Day. This was my first VRBO and I was a little afraid. All of my expectations were exceeded. Great WiFi (teenager approved), tv services and overall nice setup. The condo was well apportioned, CLEAN and spacious. The amenities were well laid out and exceeded my expectations. I’ll definitely come back. Thanks Renata for allowing us to stay.

Great Location

Great location within feet of the beach. Plenty of space for the 8 people we had with. Some items were limited upon arrival but those items were clearly listed in the description (personal/paper items). So many things to do and see close to this location. The resort did not have chairs/umbrellas on the beach but there was a rental service that set up beach chairs and umbrellas right on the beach every day we were there. Pool was excellent for all ages, especially our young kids.

Great family condo

This three bedroom condo was perfect for our family of 5. Everyone had there own bed. Location is perfect, right on the beach with excellent beach views! Condo came with everything we needed for an extended stay. The resort has a ton of amenities that the whole family enjoyed. Communication with the owners was excellent. We had one issue with the living room tv. It was a simple fix that we were able to figure out on our own but the owners had maintenance come up right away so they were very attentive. We gave 4 stars for cleanliness just because the kitchen counters had crumbs or something on them but nothing that appeared to be a lack of cleanliness. Overall we would highly recommend this property for a great Daytona Beach stay and we would definitely stay here again if we have the opportunity!

Worked For Our Stay

First, the condo. We were not able to check-in earlier than 4pm on the dot. That was fine, however no orientation to the resort during check-in. The good: plenty of seating, lots of pillows, comfortable beds, lots of space, great view, close to the elevators and still quiet, plenty of bath towels. The condo was as pictured, however it was dirty. The showers were dirty with hair still stuck on the walls and floors. Mold on the shower nozzles and drains. A lot of dinged up walls and paint chips. The balcony light did not work. Sliding glass door: front, middle, both sides were filthy. To no fault of the owners, the resort does not handle their pool towel service any longer, so bring your own. There are also no other pool or beach toys, chairs, etc for use. The hot water went out the first night we were there. We contacted the owners and was told simply, "Let front desk know". There was no phone in the unit and they did not give us the number, but we walked down and they said it was out for the whole south tower. No follow up from the owners or anything. Lastly, the resort itself. We've been staying at OceanWalk for over 10 years. Lots of amenities - pools, putt putt, great location, and more. We haven't been back to this resort for a few years. We did notice it is becoming dated and some of the shops and stores around are gone. Overall, we knew what to expect and the resort was what we knew it would be. The resort does cater to north wing,not the owner/guests of south wing.

Terrible owner

The first day we arrived we had to contact Renata due to the deadbolt being broken on the main door and I had 3 small children with me. One of those kids is special needs. Renata sent someone to fix it almost immediately and we were so thankful for that. The resort itself was great and the staff at the resort were wonderful. We were without air and hot water for over 36 hours. Renata’s solution was for us to leave and drive home late in the evening. She was very rude and refused to make things right. She said it was a resort issue and she wouldn’t do anything to make it right. The notebook of reviews in the room listed the furniture and dishwasher needed to be addressed. The dishwasher was still broken and very dirty. The couches were very uncomfortable and old. The owner claims she thrives on repeat customers and good reviews but if she treats other families the way she treated mine, I cannot imagine her having very many repeat guests. She showed absolutely no concern or regard for the fact that my 3 year old daughter is autistic and being overheated and not able to go to the pool (we had to be in the room in case a worker came to do work bc we were not comfortable having random people come in and out with our personal belongings in there). We spent our last night in a room that had temperatures that read 80° and no warm water. She has been very rude and nasty in her messages. I contacted her directly to try to make things right but she said I chose to stay so she’s not going to do anything to make it better. I would absolutely not rent from her again. If everything is good then it would be a nice place but if you need any kind of assistance from the owner you will not get it.

Michelle contacted me about the air not working properly. After contacting the resort -we found that the water chiller system for the air units were out in the entire south tower - this is a building issue and not an issue that I had control over. The resort maintenance were the only folks coming into the room - there was no need to remain in the room. The guest indicated that this was a life safety issue for the children at around 4PM, I immediately recommended that she get the children to a safe location by moving to a nearby hotel or heading home and leaving a day early with a full refund. She indicated that perhaps it would not be a such an issue if I were to refund a portion of the rental amount. "Make things right" really means "refund my money".

The property was as nice and as described. The resort staff were great. The wait for elevators was very long and frustrating since we were on the 15th floor. The host was rude when I had to contact her to resend my check-in email. I could not locate it and she insisted it was already sent which may have been true, but I don’t think asking to have it resent was unreasonable. She said it was “weird” and that she makes sure everything is already sent so that “this doesn’t happen”. She even threatened to cancel my reservation the day of, all because I asked her to resend an email.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re glad you found the condo as described and had a positive experience with the resort staff. We understand elevator waits can be frustrating during busy summer weeks, especially when staying on the 15th floor. During our call, you stated that you had never received any emails from us. However, our email-tracking system showed that the check-in information had been successfully delivered and opened. I therefore attempted to verify the email address before resending it to ensure the information reached the correct account. While requesting that information you seemed very agitated and spoke to me in a rude and demanding manner. I explained that if you were unhappy and intended to continue speaking to me that way, you were welcome to cancel the reservation. I did not threaten to cancel your stay because you asked for the email to be resent. The check-in information was resent, and you completed your stay. I regret that the conversation became tense, but respectful communication must go both ways.

For Summer 2026, the Daytona Beach Bandshell has free concerts every Friday and Saturday night. Saturday concerts run May 23–Sept. 26, with fireworks over the ocean after the show at 9:45 PM. Friday concerts run June 12–Aug. 28.
