Cozy, Beautiful, and Quiet Log Cabin! Dog friendly

This delightful 3 story log cabin, sits at the top of and overlooking Big Bear City. National forest trailhead down the street, close to local restaurants, and near two major ski resorts. 3 Stories with 4 bedrooms (including 3rd floor private suite with two conjoining bedrooms and one bath), Great room with amazing stone fireplace and 2 large bathrooms. Deck with propane BBQ and 8 person dining table, for al fresco dining with a view. This is a delightful cabin for an escape for two or bring the family. Parking for 2 cars. We encourage long meals and game nights, relaxing naps and sleeping in. Lake activities and The Village aren't far away. Come get cozy.

Host was friendly and replied to all our messages, even before we booked with her. The inside was beautiful and cozy! The back patio was nice to barbq and seat and enjoy the view.

The cabin was great! The beds were very comfy and the kitchen was very well supplied. We all enjoyed our stay, and it was very easy to go back into Big Bear Lake to go to various activities.

Our stay was very nice ,cabin was very well supplied in the kitchen,plenty of blankets and towels.We did have one issue, we used fireplace both nights, but had to open windows up stairs due the wood burning smell and smoke,thank you, Ron

Nice Weekend Get Away!

Stayed Thursday to Monday. Plenty of room and well stocked. Everything is close by and the host is very responsive. Cabin is as described.

Great Location, Wonderful Communication

We had a great mini ski trip with friends. The cabin was the coziest little spot with lots of sleeping options so everyone was comfortable. It was very close to Snow Summit so we wasted no time commuting. Would definitely book this cabin again!

Absolutely Adored This Cabin

We were so thrilled with our stay. The cabin is much bigger than we expected and there’s an awesome fenced in backyard (great for dogs). There are cozy blankets everywhere and a big porch with a wonderful view. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed for cooking utensils. The WiFi was great. There are hiking trails just down the block (you can walk to them) and town is just a short drive. Check in and communication was very smooth and easy with host. We can’t wait to go back.

Great Cabin

Our family of my wife, our four kids (aged 18, 15, 12, and 10), and my inlaws stayed here. It was so very comfortable. I loved everything about this cabin.

Fantastic weekend getaway at charming cabin

Went away with my wife for our 25th wedding anniversary. The cabin is SUPER charming, extremely well provisioned, room for a family/group of 10 people (4 twins, three doubles). It’s on three levels with a great big room on the middle floor. It has a big walk out porch with chairs and a well shaded picnic table. The only reason for 4/5 stars on location is because I thought it was going to be closer to the village, but it’s about a 12-15 minute drive. No bigge as it’s in a very quiet neighborhood with nice views, so it’s really not meant to be anything other than a suggestion to the hosts to indicate driving distance to the village (entirely possible that I missed that description so if I did, please let me know and I’ll flip it up to 5 stars. Bottom line: highly recommend and this will be at the top of our list for our next trip to Big Bear.

A Home in tge Woods

Jeni. Jeni was an amazing hostess. She was very responsive to all our requests and concerns. She was also very understanding of a couple last minute plan changes. She is very wrlco.ing and accommodating. Tgank you Jeni. The BrillsBear Cabin. We absolutely loved it. This cabin is far bigger than what it seems. Modern conveniences with the rustic experience. The cabin was very clean on arrival and all Instructions for a stress free stay were laid out. The beds were comfortable, on demand hot water, all the kithen conveniences. My only regret, is not finding Brills Bear Cabin sooner. This place is for sure on my Return list and i would highly recommend. Jeni, thank you for sharing your home away from home with me and my family. You helped make it a wonderful experience. Kevin E.

Cozy wonderful place

Even tho we had some hiccups in our vacation plans, this could not have been a better place to land. Close to ski and lake. The cabin feels like home… and things like spices & condiments made it especially easy. So many places are empty of things you end up have to go get to use only one time. There were enough pots & pans, bakeware etc. A joy…. The host is great at communication and helpful when you need it. Thank you!!!!

Fun at Big Bear

Unfortunately we had little snow but were able to still ejoy the atmosphere. The cabin is lovely and spacious. The only drawback is no dishwasher, so yours truly had my hands in the sink far too much. Otherwise, we enjoyed the fireplace and the view of the mountain from the living room. Would definitely recommend the cabin for your group.

Spiritual retreat

ladies in recovery who gather on an annual basis, in big bear, to experience spiritual healing. Every year I plan a retreat for women and have booked cabins at different locations. Quiet mountain retreat

We loved our stay at this cabin. It had all the amenities of home and being dog friendly was a perk! The kitchen supplies had everything you could possibly need. Communication with the host was prompt and helpful. Beautiful views from the deck. We would stay here again in the future!

Wonderful cabin!!!

Very cute and cozy cabin in Big Bear. We went up in December and it was decorated for Christmas…. What a bonus!!!!! Hiking trails minutes away and a fabulous fireplace.

Quiet, peaceful getaway

This was a cozy, quiet place for a getaway with family. The cabin was clean and had everything we needed. Love that it is dog friendly and our fur family had a great time as well. Property manager was very responsive with all communication. Highly recommend!!

It is a classic cabin home built in 1950 with the details of a mid century cottage style home. We have 3 floors that allow everyone some space.

On a quiet street that backs up to the forest with two trail heads within a short walk. We are dog friendly with a fully fenced in large backyard, and other dog amenities like beds, bowls, bags and a crate if you need it. Beautiful mountain views.
