Ocean Front Panama City Beach Penthouse with Pool. Situated right on the beautiful Beach with spectacular views from the 19th floor.

Nestled on Florida's Panama City Beach, this 1600 sq ft corner unit Penthouse of polished living space, featuring large windows and a balcony with spectacular ocean views, this condo is the ideal choice for families, friends or couple getaways.

Stepping inside, you're greeted by a spacious living area boasting 18-inch tile flooring, comfortable leather furnishings, a large flat-screen TV with cable. A wall of windows provides views of the ocean from nearly every room in the home. Bathrooms just recently renovated. Master Bath features a walk in shower. Main bath has a soaking tub with double sink vanity.

You're sure to spend quality time on the balcony, where you'll enjoy morning cups of coffee and meals al fresco, all the while marveling at the oceanfront views.

After long days at the beach - using the seasonally available beach chairs and umbrella - return to this cozy condo to prepare home-cooked meals in the elegant kitchen, which comes fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and glass-tile backsplash.

With 3 comfortable bedrooms, a queen sleeper sofa in the living room and air conditioning throughout, drifting off to sleep has never been easier. Wake up feeling refreshed and ready for another adventure-filled day!

Beach Chair Service Included through October.
2 Beach Chairs and Umbrella

Complimentary Beach towels are provided for your use. We ask that they be washed and returned to the bin for the next guest. Any missing towels will result in a $50 charge to replace.


No smoking or vaping is permitted at the Property (including porches, decks or outdoor areas) at any time. Smoking is only allowed in designated areas. Fines will be issued if this rule is not respected.

There is a covered parking garage with a max of 2 vehicles per unit. Effective March 1st, Parking is an additional $50 per vehicle , max 2 vehicles. A link will be sent with your check in instructions where you will need to register and pay for your vehicles during your stay.

Gorgeous views, so close to the beach. Beautiful space, nice amenities and clean. I would definitely be staying again in the future with the family! The three bedrooms and two bathrooms were great for a long stay.

Better than online pictures. Updated, modern, clean!

Often, beachfront properties are dated and worn. The pictures do not do justice to this place. Condo is exceptionally decorated, modern, spacious and updated. Communication with owners was extremely pleasant and helpful.I would absolutely stay here again and I highly recommend!

Stayed in this room a few weeks ago. This condo is beautiful. It has great views from the balcony. It was very clean. Me and my group enjoyed it and would definitely stay here again!

Amazing!!!

The condo was amazing and the owner was great!! The location and view were perfect. Condo has everything you need if you decide to stay in for meals. Bedrooms and bathrooms are very good sized. We had a great week and will definitely stay here again on our next vacation to PCB!!

Magnificent

This place is more than AMAZING!!!

If you like clean & a beautiful view then this is your place! Plenty of room too! Very quiet! Beds are very comfortable & amenities galore! Just bring your swimsuit & your set! If your have a question the owner is very quick to respond! If I could give more than 5 stars I would!

Awesome location, warm and inviting home!

Could not say better things about this property. I booked this stay as part of a surprise trip I planned for my mother’s birthday, and it did not disappoint. Each room decorated with care, all items you would think to need, super comfortable beds with plenty room, and just an all around awesome location with loads of places to visit. Aspasia was wonderful to work with, and would stay at any of her properties again. Thank you so much!

ABSOLUTELY PERFECT VACATION RENTAL !!!

This condo is PERFECT in EVERY WAY! You won’t be disappointed. It’s EXTREMELY spacious, BEAUTIFULLY decorated, very well maintained, extremely clean, super comfortable beds, GORGEOUS views of the Gulf, HUGE deck, PERFECT location and the owners will go way above and beyond to accommodate your vacation needs. They truly are amazing! We will DEFINITELY be renting from them yearly!

Beautiful View

The unit was very well decorated, clean , and had everything we needed. The view was absolutely gorgeous. Right by the pier and public beach access. The condo is close to everything- shopping, restaurants etc. The manager was very responsive and helpful. The only cons I could possibly think of is the elevators are slow and annoying and there was no hot tub that we found. But overall I’d recommend this property to anyone looking for a nice unit in a great location of PCB!

Panama city stay

The condo was not clean sand in tub oven nasty, microwave did not work, tv in bedroom did not work washer and dryer nasty. message owner come back out the next day and cleaned but microwave and tv was not fixed.

Overall great- just a few things that made the stay difficult

Overall, it’s a great place to stay. Location and things to do, etc.. However, we encountered a few things that needed addressing within the condo itself that did not get fixed while we were there ex..microwave didn’t work from day 1, hot water in master bath was hit or miss, there was sand all over the floor when we got there- which showed up on the kids feet, the tub wouldn’t stay a bath and switch to shower, and several lights that needed replaced. The communication was there with a quick response, but nothing was fixed. It made traveling with a toddler and a baby very difficult. Overall we would probably stay here again as the condo clean, in a great location and updated. Just wish the few things could have been fixed.

Beautiful!

Immaculate and spacious! We were very comfortable. The bathrooms were recently renovated and were wonderful. The master bath has a huge step-in shower with a dual headed shower, and the other bathroom had a wonderful soaking tub and a dual headed shower as well. The balcony views were stunning and the porch furniture was extremely comfortable. The hosts are amazing and promptly responded to our questions. All in all, a wonderful stay, and we look forward to returning!

our stay in Panama City Beach

No problems. host very helpful. Amazing view! However, 2 days later I received an email for a damaged pantry door. No one in our party recalls noticing this. We would have reported it, as we did about a loose towel rack. Even though it would be covered under damage insurance, this is very upsetting to me, as we take care not to cause any damage wherever we stay. It was an awesome stay until I got this email.

Beautiful View & Space!!!

Corner unit so there’s a beautiful view off the balcony and windows off the side. The condo looks better in person than the pictures. Clean and comfortable… everything we needed and more. The balcony has some great chairs that trust me you will want yourself. The beach area was so nice and never very crowded. Also having the lounge chairs and umbrella service on the beach was nice to have.

Stunning Views

Pictures did not do this place justice. Everything was decorated beautifully and the floor to ceiling window in the kitchen made for an awesome view at breakfast. All the beds were very comfortable. We loved the balcony furniture to enjoy the stunning views of the Gulf.

Immediately upon entering, we were enraptured by the unbelievable view of the Gulf of Mexico and the amount of livable space that was in this condo. We immediately felt at home and knew if we felt this way than others would as well. The fact that we can share this with others is part of the reason why we got into the resort rental business.

The unique benefits of being in this condo was its ability to allow my family and I to decompress from the everyday stresses of life.
The endless views are breathtaking.
The location is perfect for not being in the crowded parts of the beach but also ideal and within proximity of restaurants, shops, Pier Park and Shipwreck Island.
