Coastal Cabana - Private Beach Access, Home away from home

Coastal Cabana is a tastefully decorated and completely updated 4 BR +loft/3.5 BA beach home and in the ABSOLUTE PERFECT LOCATION - THE FRONT OF THE NEIGHBORHOOD! It is one of the shortest walks to the beach in the Seacrest North community. Located on a large corner lot with a long, private driveway. You'll love kicking back on the two large wrap-around decks, or the third floor sunset balcony, to enjoy the fresh breezes of the gulf!

Coastal Cabana’s open floor plan features a stylish living and dining room, and an updated gourmet kitchen with stainless steel appliances. There is a large first floor bedroom, full bath, and laundry room. On the second floor is the large master and it’s stunning bath ensuite. There is a fun bunk bed room, a queen guest room, and a spacious full bath with large closet, on the second floor. Every bedroom has a flat screen TV! The third floor tower features a sleeper sofa, flat screen TV, wet bar and half bath.

Two nearby golf courses, and the towns of Seaside and Watercolor are only a short drive away.

The property owner is an exceptional communicator and extremely responsive. The cleaning service discovered the washer was broken hours before we checked in and she was quick to have it repaired and provided a complimentary laundry service each day until it was. Her dining suggestions were all fabulous!The house and Seacrest community are well maintained and walking distance to private beach, shops, bike rental, and dining.

It was located in a nice neighborhood with a wonderful pool area. The house was spacious and was furnished with lots of amenities for cooking. The bathrooms came furnished with quality shampoo, conditioner and soap. We loved staying there.

Great Getaway!

Beautiful home in the perfect location

We loved the neighborhood, house and community lagoon pool! We could easily walk to Rosemary and Alys for restaurants and shopping. Easy walk to beach but it was extra nice for the use of the neighborhood tram. Would definitely book again !

We are from Colleyville. Texas, a small suburb in Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex. We love to travel, and 30A has been one of our favorite places to visit over the years. The emerald water and white sand here along 30A rival beautiful beaches in Hawaii, which is our other favorite vacation spot. So after years of vacationing here, we finally decided to get a place of our own. We have made great memories here along 30A with our two daughters as they were growing up, and we hope that our home will be your home away from home and create unforgettable memories for your family also.

Seacrest Beach, located between the historic Rosemary Beach and newly developed Alys Beach, has the best of both worlds. In addition to being in the middle of all the shops and restaurants offered by Seacrest Beach, Rosemary Beach, Alas Beach, and nearby Water Sound community, Seacrest Beach also offers a large lagoon style pool and private beach access to Sunset Beach where you will find the most beautiful sunset. Coastal Cabana is also located ideally in Seacrest Beach - towards the front of the community, but slightly back away from the street noise. Coastal Cabana is located on a corner lot with private driveway and ample of parking. Of the many properties we visited in Seacrest Beach during our search for a home, Coastal Cabana's open floor plan, well stocked kitchen and large porch and balconies stood out from the rest as family friendly and filled with southern charm. We are directly across from the tram stop (complimentary for our guests) for the beach. Being on a corner lot, our home is further apart from our neighbors and with views of the community. The best features of our home are the expansile porch and balcony on the first and second floors, and a sunset deck on the third floor with beautiful views of the golden sunset hours.

Unlike many other properties, we self-manage our home and keep it updated to the best condition for our guests to enjoy while maintaining competitive rental price. In doing so, we hope our guests will feel at home while staying with us and take care of our home like their own.
