Perfect Getaway

This property was exactly as expected. Clean and quite and a great location. Perfect for the 3 nites we stayed before our 3 month rental in Deep Creek.

My husband and I needed a place to stay while there on business.

This property was perfect for our trip, it's only 10 minutes from downtown Punta Gorda for shopping, beaches and parks. This quaint little gem was perfect! It's super clean and has everything you'll need, right down to beach chairs, umbrella, and towels. The laundry room also has all the complementary laundry products available. We were very impressed with everything, ŕight down to the tasteful decor. There was a lot of effort taken to make this place a little oasis. You don't need to bring anything but your clothes, Ryan has everything you'll need. There's a kuerig with coffee pods, cold water in fridge and ice in freezer. This is a furnished apartment with everything! We will stay here again!

Perfect location

We very much enjoyed our stay. The place was very clean, quiet and had a country feel. We enjoyed sitting outside. The laundry facilities were great! We will stay here again for sure! Ryan was quick to reply and keep us up to date on check in. Amazing place!

Definitely a great pkace

This unit is meticulous and updated. Decor makes it feel very tropical. I would definitely stay here again. Ryan is a very reliable host.

March Break 2022

Ryan’s place is clean and easy and has every amenity that you need. We meant to do many day trips from a central location on this trip and it fit the bill. We highly recommend it!

Enjoyable Stay

We enjoyed our stay at this unit. It was very clean, everything was new, and all the essentials were available. The location is convenient to Rt41 and I75. We explored Englewood Beach, Stump Pass, Ponce De Leon Park, Fisherman’s Village, Harborwalk, Alligator Rum distillery, a kayaking tour on the Peace river, etc during our 3-night stay. There is no pool or on-site activities, but it worked for us because we were out all day doing our own excursions and then back in the evenings. It’s in a quiet location and you will have to drive to where you want to go.

Amazing home away from home.

This resort is in a great location secluded yet close to everything. The resort is immaculate: spacious and fully stocked (plus extras) If you’re thinking about staying here LOOK no further you’ll love it. We’re making this our yearly vacation getaway spot. Thanks to the host for everything! Pictures can’t even capture the true essence of this resort.

Overall it’s good place to stay the only thing I would suggest to put enough towels for every day stay

Thank you for the awesome review. We do try and provide a towel per guest/per day however our cabinet only allows so many towels to be stored. For that we provide the laundry facility. Thank you again for staying with us!
