Scruffy, noisy apartment

The apartment left a lot to be desired. It needs a fair bit of maintenance. It needs more sockets. It needs a really good clean. To stay here you need earplugs as the road is very very noisy. The pool is nice and the other residents are friendly. PS don’t book this as a romantic stay - it’s really not!

Très bon couchage. Toutefois beaucoup de points négatifs : volet roulant cassé et fermé à mi-hauteur ne nous permettant ni de l'ouvrir plus ni de le fermer donc pas de vue possible hormis de la cuisine) ; pomme de douche défectueuse ; traces d'humidité ; assez bruyant, pas de possibilité d'augmenter le chauffage dans l'espace de vie (il faisait plus chaud dans le couloir que dans la pièce où l'on dormait... Dommage car normalement la vue est magnifique mais en mangeant nous avons eu une vue sur le volet roulant.

Magnifique , simplement magnifique , ville très agréable et très vivante . Notre appartement était très bien situé, 20mm du lac à pieds et des commerces à proximité.

L’avenue Gambetta est très bruyante de jour comme de nuit et l’appartement est très mal isolé phoniquement ( simple vitrage). C’est infernal et il est très difficile de dormir dans ces conditions. Le logement est en mauvais état ( peinture des murs, plinthes et sols) et mériterait une remise à neuf. Les 4 chaises sont en fin de vie et menace de rompre à tout instant. Le canapé à un gros accroc. Et cerise sur le gâteau l’appartement était sale à notre arrivée. Il n’y a aucun contact à l’arrivée et au départ : Clés à récupérer et à remettre dans une boîte à clefs, état des lieux sur un site en ligne en envoyant des photos, pas très humain comme principe. En conclusion location à éviter.

appartement conforme mais bruyant

Appartement conforme a la description, mais très bruyant en rapport à la circulation importante sur cette avenue dû a l’absence de fenêtres isolantes et phoniques malgré la hauteur du 9ème étage. Difficulté pour trouver la boite à clefs, pas eu les infos pour cela
