Enjoy the picturesque views of the Gulf of Mexico and the Santa Rosa Sound from this 6th floor newly renovated 2 Bed/2 Bath quiet and comfortable condo. Feel the Gulf breeze and be prepared for the most incredible sunsets as you relax on the balcony. Seacrest 612 is located at the end of Santa Rosa Blvd, just before the Nature Preserve where the beaches are pristine. Restaurants, nightlife, shopping & family entertainment are just a quick ride to Destin or Downtown Fort Walton Beach!

The space

Your host is available throughout your entire stay if any questions arise. Happy to give recommendations on the area as well.

Beach towels, beach chairs (2), an umbrella and a styrofoam cooler are waiting for you to kick off your shoes and hit the beach immediately once you arrive. A pack and play are available if you have brought the little ones along.

Living area is spacious with a pullout couch and recliner, 65-inch Smart TV with cable and Youtube TV. TV has capability to access all of the streaming apps as well if you have a preference.
Dining area seats 4. Kitchen is fully equipped for making meals at home, including a blender and toaster.

Master bedroom has a comfortable king-sized bed, Smart TV with cable. Ample closet space and dresser drawer space for you to unpack. A private bathroom is in the room as well.

Bedroom #2 has a queen sized bed, smart TV with cable and Youtube TV. The dresser drawers and closet provide plenty of space to spread out and make yourself at home. Access to second bathroom through guest bedroom and living area.

Family getaway

This rental was the perfect fit for us. Location was wonderful! It was just far enough away from the hustle and bustle of nearby construction but near enough that in 5 minutes you were at nearby restaurants and shops. The condo was spotless and had all the extra amenities we needed. The proximity to the beach was great and the pool was so relaxing. Having a covered parking spot was really nice on hot days.

Needs a few things

Needs several repairs inside and on the outside sitting area. All ceiling fans need cleaning In need of a deep clean Extra blankets for beds would be nice. Make sure you turn on light switch outside of laundry closet for washing machine to work took us 3 days to figure that out. I have stayed at this complex many times but this is the first time I was not as pleased with our accommodations. Hopefully with mentioning the things to be done owner will see it is better for the next family.

Great property

Loved the unit we were in and Phoenix was a great host. The unit was very clean, pretty and was stocked with everything you need. It was even better than described. Bedrooms were comfortable. Loved that the parking was covered and assigned so you didn't have to find a spot and car wasn't as hot. Phoenix always responded quickly. Beach location was great. You didn't have to fight for a spot on the beach. Wish there were some restaurants in walking distance but lots were a short drive. Had a great trip!

Great location

We really enjoyed our stay for our daughters birthday this weekend. The condo was exactly as described, and had everything we needed. The check in process was easy and we had no issues at all. I would love to come back soon.

Cozy condo in great location

We had an enjoyable beach vacation staying at this condo. The condo was spotless and very welcoming with it's beach decor. We had the two large balcony doors open most days allowing for a nice breeze to come in. The location was great for accessing the beach... down the elevator and then right to beach access point in the parking lot. We liked that it was quiet and towards the end of the road, unlike Destin which was very crowded with lots of traffic. However, if you wanted to go into Destin it was only about 20 minutes away from the condo. We'd definitely come back if we were in the area again.

Perfect Beach Getaway

We had an amazing week at this property! The condo was wonderful, location was great and the beach absolutely gorgeous. Phoenix was also a great host, quick and easy communication if we needed anything.
