The Space:

Enter this unit and be greeted by the feeling of tropical paradise. Through the entry hall is the large kitchen with a view to the rest of the unit. The kitchen is tastefully updated with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and an undermount sink. With cabinets stocked with all cooking essentials and a large pantry, there's no need to leave for any meal. The two-tiered counter overlooks the dining area and is perfect for the whole dinner spread. The charming dining area seats 6 and is completely open to the living area. Plenty of seating is centered around a large TV. This bright area looks out to the balcony and has access to the outdoor seating. The balcony is expansive, with plenty of seating to enjoy the evening Gulf breezes. The primary bedroom is directly off the living space and continues the tropical theme. A king bed and entry onto the balcony are the features of this room. The en suite bath boasts dual vanities and a separate garden tub and stand up shower. Plenty of linen space is offered for towels and toiletries. The second bedroom is across the unit and has a queen bed and entry to the balcony as well. It's en suite bath also features a separate garden tub and stand up shower, and a large vanity. The bunk area is tucked into a cozy corner and is perfect for kids. A half bath off the dining room is perfect for any visiting guests. In one of Okaloosa Island's most luxurious beachfront condos with every amenity desired is Waterscape A231. Three beautiful swimming pools, waterfall and a lazy river are perfect for a day of family fun off the beach.

All guests regardless of age are to be considered for Occupancy count in Fort Walton Beach, FL



All registered guests staying at Waterscape will be required to wear the

RFID wristbands provided. These wristbands are mandatory

for access to all Waterscape amenities.

Please note:

● Wristbands must be worn at all times when using the amenities.

● Guests without wristbands will not be permitted access.

● Wristbands are provided only for the number of registered guests

and cannot exceed the unit’s maximum occupancy, all occupants

count toward max occupancy regardless of age

● Guests must provide the exact number of occupants in order to

receive the correct amount of wristbands for their stay

● A $50 non-refundable fee per wristband will be charged if any are

lost or not returned at checkout.

● Children 5 and under are not required to wear the wristbands

● Wristbands are not required for beach access

No beach view or pool view, which was okay. The convenience to the pool and other amenities was excellent. All we had to do is just walk out of our room straight straight down the hallway.

Good Family Vacation

Waterscape is a good option families with multiple pools and solid fitness center. This unit was clean with great communication throughout. This unit is near the entrance and does not have an ocean view from the balcony but the beach is just a short walk.

Will return!

We had an amazing time with our stay. The only worries we had was finding the energy to keep up with an almost 2 year old and 5 year old. The condo was just as described and easy to get in and out of for shopping, eating, etc. Check in and out was easy with no glitches in the process.

Mini Getaway

Love the location of the unit. Easy access to the beach, the pool, gym and parking! The only negative thing was that We all had to wear sandals inside the condo. The floors were really dirty. Other than that, we had a very pleasant stay.

Beach vacation

The mattress/ bed in one of the large bedrooms was not tolerable and could not be used. It sloped to the middle drastically. We had to go to the store just to purchase trash bags as we were only supplied with one- several trash bags should be supplied. Otherwise we had a great stay.

Cheerleading weekend

This was the cleanest condo I have rented. Everything was so clean including the floors. Noticed the floors upon arrival. My husband spilled water and when I mopped it up I was truly surprised that the mop was clean after mopping the floor. Loved the convenience of parking in the second floor garage and the east access to the pools and the beach. We loved the area and can’t wait to return.

I was not impressed with this place. Sink leaked, tv's didn't work, furniture was in bad shape. We most likely will not be staying here again.

Great for kids

The property is amazing. Perfect for small kids. Bunk room is great and bedrooms are a good size with large bathrooms. The bigger bathroom easily fits a pack n play if you need a space for a little one. The actual unit could use some better mattresses. The larger bedroom has a bed that creaks loudly with any movement. I also didn’t realize that the main door to the condo opens up basically to the parking garage- not the inside hallways. The location is great though for access to the pools. Bring your own access to wifi if you want something reliable because it becomes almost unusable at times.

We had a nice time but can not recommend this unit

This condo was nice and updated but it ends there. The location is across from the fire station, heavy traffic, and construction with no buffer to the outside. That make it very hard to sleep and use the deck. The furnishing were old and the beds uncomfortable. They need attention. They beach was so crowded and limited space that it was hard to even find a chair on some days even thought it was provided. I wish I could recommend it but we will not be returning to this property.

Disappointed

The resort itself was wonderful. We had a water issue in the unit causing the floors to be wet and very dirty. Multiple texts with management resulted in two maintenance visits with a final solution being that it was coming from another place and a large noisy industrial fan was given to us to dry it out. We were repeatedly told that upper management knew and would be immediately contacting us. That never happened. This unit did not have enough chairs at the table for the 8 people it says it sleeps. The kitchen was barely adequate with items for cooking, dinnerware and silverware. We will stay at Waterscape again. Just not this unit or one managed by Vacasa.

Spring Break

We have stayed at Waterscape for the last 12 or so years and always enjoy our stay. The weather was absolutely beautiful this trip. I had never been this early in the year. Condo was nice. We had a few issues but nothing that couldnt be fixed. First was my fault...I didnt realize our balcony view was of the parking lot and condos next door. VERY disappointed kids. We had no blankets the first night and that was rather chilly. Housekeeping promptly brought some up the next day which was nice. The remotes in the living room did not have batteries. The guest bathroom door wouldnt stay shut so we had to put a towel in the floor to hold it shut while someone was showering or dressing. Biggest thing was after I got a shower the first afternoon we realized neither bathroom had hairdryers. Again another call down to the front desk and we quickly had a hairdryer. Even cheaper hotel rooms we have stayed in have always had hairdryers. Other than these few details we had a nice stay in A231.
