The Space:

Step outside to discover why guests call the views "unreal." Cathedral Rock and Sedona's red formations frame every sightline—from the kidney-shaped heated pool, elevated hot tub, mid-level patio, and rooftop deck with 360-degree panoramas. Walk directly from the backyard onto Little Horse Trail and Coconino National Forest paths—no driving required.



Outdoor living spans three levels. Pool-level patio offers a gas grill and dining table. Mid-level deck hosts the hot tub and lounge seating. Rooftop delivers sunrise coffee or sunset views across the valley. Privacy walls in salmon stucco surround the pool area; native desert landscaping blends into the forest edge.



Vaulted log beam ceilings and floor-to-ceiling windows anchor the main living area. The Neighborhood:

Located on the border of the Coconino National Forest with trailhead access from the backyard. Homes in this quiet neighborhood value between $500,000 and $1,000,000. The location is centrally positioned—roughly halfway between Uptown Sedona's shops and restaurants and Oak Creek's scenic drives—offering both privacy and convenience to Sedona's most popular attractions.



Getting Around:

Hiking trails can be accessed from the home, but a rental car is recommended to get around the town.



Other Things to Note:

Please treat the neighbors with respect. Our industry is under threat to be eliminate if noise complaints continue at an excessive level. What`s the threshold you might ask? Great question. Well, let`s put it this way, feel free have conversations and laugh. We ask that no music be played outside, as so many guest have a different threshold for music noise.



Please try to keep the fun at a respectful decibel level. If you are planning to cause a ruckus, perform illegal activity or be disrespectful to neighbors then our property is not the right one for you.
