Perfect home away from home for your family vacation. Enjoy a relaxing stay free of cars and the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Just a ferry ride away. House in mint condition and just a short walk to the Ocean and steps away from town. Perfect for families, girls getaways or your new home office.

Our house includes 4 bedrooms 2.5 baths and outdoor shower. The house can accommodate 10 people comfortably. This house has a large outdoor patio space great for entertaining. Also has 2nd story deck for dining with Bay views. Large living/dining room combo, full modern kitchen equipped with appliances. All bedrooms air conditioned.

House is completely equipped with all linens, towels, washer, dryer, dishwasher, outdoor shower, TV, TWO gas BBQ grills, beach chairs and bikes! House is cleaned thoroughly.

This vacation rental property is close to: Beach, boating, fishing, National Park, playground, tennis courts, restaurants, wildlife viewing and basketball courts.

To rent you must be 30 years old, sign a rental agreement, provide a copy of your license. This person must be on premises at all times.

Great Place for a few days away

Great house in a really nice town. Close enough to the beach and the ferry. Good outdoor space to chill in if not wanting to spend all of your time on the beach.

Gorgeous house/great stay

Beautiful Kismet property with tons of room to hang out both inside and out. Fully stocked with everything you could need in the kitchen and generally!! Great communication from the owner - awesome all around.

Nice place in a nice area

Pros: -- Great 2nd story deck -- Large backyard -- Large kitchen and eating area with plenty of dishes/cups/etc. -- Great TV options (YouTube TV provided on all the TVs). -- Great outdoor grills. Cons (these might be fixed and only might have been an issue during my stay): -- No toilet paper. Property owner said toilet paper was not provided as part of the rental. Absurd. -- Master bath shower/tub was backed up. I bought drano and fixed it. -- Master bath has a leak from the skylight. Not really an issue unless of course it rains overnight and the leak just drips in the tub. I'm a light sleeper so this was annoying. -- Hot tub takes up this huge portion of the deck but doesn't work.

Thanks for staying with us and we appreciate all the feedback. I hope you enjoyed your trip to Fire Island. In response to some of the Cons. 1. We provide rolls of toilet paper in each of the bathrooms to start your week, however anything in addition to that would be your responsibility. 2. Appreciate you addressing the back-up in the tub and glad that draino worked. We will have this looked at as well. 3. We have had the sky light looked at multiple times since your departure and no one could find a leak, possibly left slightly opened which could have caused the problem. But again, we will continue to assess. 3. We do not promote the hot tub on VRBO as we are unable to keep it clean/working in appropriate manner due to all the sand that typically makes its way into the tub. However we believe there is still a tremendous amount of entertainment space on both the upstairs and downstairs decks. Thanks again, feedback is a gift and we will continue to strive to get better!
