Also has 2nd story deck for dining with Bay views. Large living/dining room combo, full modern kitchen equipped with appliances. All bedrooms air conditioned.

House is completely equipped with all linens, towels, washer, dryer, dishwasher, outdoor shower, TV, TWO gas BBQ grills, beach chairs and bikes! House is cleaned thoroughly.
