Perfect condo for a summer trip. All the comforts of home with a full kitchen , laundry room and plenty of space for the whole family. located on ocean blvd across from high rise ocean front hotels, 200 yards to the beach and just a block from the family kingdom. There are nice courtyard and pool views from the balcony. Ton of restaurants and activities within walking distance. We are in a quiet building but still in the midst of everything. A very sought after part of Myrtle Beach just 1 mile from sky wheel and 5 blocks from the pier. Up to 12 guests,

This place is amazing. Everything was perfect. Family really enjoy themselves. The host was always available. Will go back next year.

For 800 a night, this is a run down place. I don’t want to write a bad review but you should know. The floors are swept but not mopped meaning you don’t see the dirt until you wipe with a wet rag, the showers/tubs are not scrubbed, the linen is not clean, there are not enough towels for the number of guests, the running around of kids all day and night above us caused us not to sleep, the lazy river was nice but the hot tub was dirty and not working, the internet didn’t work in rooms further from the router which means a more powerful router is necessary, the mattresses are sunk down in the middle and some must be over 20 years old or overused, the sheets smelled like mildew in one of the rooms. When you’re on vacation with family you haven’t seen in years, the last thing you want to deal with is this. I asked for partial refund for all the inconveniences and was told no. This property is not worth your family’s misery or money.

Great location

A great location in the middle of all that Myrtle Beach is. The beach is right across the street. Because of the location, you do not get any of the road noise. The rooms are appropriately placed so you don’t hear the neighbors in them. Very responsive host for the few bumps we had. A great stay and a great location if you are looking to be in the heart of Myrtle Beach.
