Second (Main) Level – Large Living Area with two Sleep Sofas, Kitchen, Dining Area, Second Smaller Sitting Area, Private Balcony, 1/2 Bathroom.
Third level - Master Suite with private balcony, King Size bed, walk-in closet, and full bathroom with shower, double sinks, and jacuzzi/soaking tub. Third bedroom with queen size bed. Fourth bedroom with single bunk bed and trundle. Full Shared Bathroom
Top Floor – Second Master Bedroom with Queen Bed, Full Bathroom and Private Balcony.

This is a nonsmoking unit. No Pets allowed, please.

Sunset Island is a private Bay Front community, conveniently located on 67th street in Ocean City, MD. This luxurious resort features anything you need for a safe and sound family vacation. Just two blocks from the Atlantic Ocean, Sunset Island offers Indoor Pool, Outdoor Pool, Kiddie Pool, Three Private Beaches, Fitness Center, Boat Slips, Crabbing Pier, Island Cafe/Restaurant, General Store, 24 Hour Security With Gated Access, and Interactive Fountain and great community activities. Short drive to popular bars and restaurants such as Seacrets,  Fager's Island,  Mackey's, Dead Freddy's, and a lot more! 
Amenity Fees: $220.00 covers 6 facility & 3 parking passes.  Please note, additional facility passes are $75 per pass, per person per week. 
This property does not allow group rentals. Online bookings for group rentals will not be honored.

Nice place, bad communication

Nice enough property, and Sunset Island has everything you need for a great vacation. However, I have zero confidence that you'd be able to get a hold of the owners in the event of an emergency or if something urgently needed to be fixed. I wanted to extend our stay, and I texted the owner the night we arrived. I spent the remainder of our stay emailing two different addresses, texting and calling two different phone numbers, all the while checking online to verify that the property was still available. The day before we checked out, I finally got a call back from the owner saying that the property had been rented so we couldn't stay longer. Also, VRBO says that check out is 11 AM, but after you pay to reserve your stay, you find out that check-out is actually 10 AM, which seems like false advertising and isn't even enough time for breakfast. Owners should replace the moldy shower curtain too.

Wonderful family stay at a perfect location and home

Everyone in our party of 10 (4 adults, 6 kids) had a blast and thought this was one of the best locations and homes we've stayed in over the years. Sunset Island is a charming community, very safe and convenient. We spent a few days at the small bay-side beach within the community and a few days across the street at the larger, ocean-side beach. Bayside gets crowded, but it's superb for the drinks and food service, warm water and calm waters (such a relief to let the kids go in by themselves). Oceanside was a short walk, less than a mile, and all the great things about the beach in OC. The house itself was perfect. Huge dining table, great open plan main floor with a balcony and two TV seating areas. The bedrooms were clean, spacious and bathrooms all nice. On the over the top side - they supplied beach chairs and had a beer fridge to grab a cold one. Really this host has thought of everything. We'd go again for sure.
