Enjoy a beautiful new home located in an exclusive bayfront community on a private 37 acre island. Resort living at its best! Welcome to Serenity at Sunset Vacation Rental! Enjoy a beach & bay experience! This 3,100 sq ft. home is nestled between the beach and bay within walking distance to shopping and many popular restaurants. This 5 bedroom, 5 1/2 bath home is in a gated community with 24 hour security. A resort island atmosphere with many amenities that include an indoor pool, an outdoor pool, fitness center, two fishing and crabbing piers, three private beaches, Sunset Island Bar & Grill restaurant, and Marisols Cafe featuring ice creams, Starbucks and other coffees, deli sandwiches, beer & wine, light grocery items and personal essentials.
Prime Mid-town location within a block from trendy spots like —the beach🌊☀️— Ron Jon’s surf shop, Shade Shack, Sweet Frog, Dunkin Donuts, OC paddle board rentals, bowling alley, Late Nite Liquors, Kite Loft, Rick’s Market, clothing & jewelry boutiques, King Cone, and Old Pro Putt Putt indoor/outdoor golf.
