Better for Short Term Visit

This is a beautiful property near many things to do nearby. The landscaping is very beautiful and the staff accommodating. There was a huge pool but unfortunately it was closed the first few weeks we were there. The units are stocked with the bare essentials and exactly what is promised. The wifi here is nearly nonexistent and since we were staying 2 months that was an issue for us. For a much shorter stay it probably wouldn’t have been a problem. There wasn’t one comfortable place to sit but the mattresses were outstanding, the TV programming was awful, another nonissue for short term. All in all we had a lovely stay

Nice Location

The location of the property was great. The staff was wonderful and helpful. The photos are dated. Everything was run down. The gym needs to be freshened up. The pool & hot tub is very nice and the same as the photos. The recreation room, putt putt is not like the photos. All this can be forgiven. The furniture in our unit was not useable The dining chairs, sofa & chair were shot and the beds sagged. The patio was nice and those chairs were comfortable. The staff did the best they could and were very responsive with sheets, broken hair dryer and other small issues. Again the location is great and if you are staying for a short amount of time (like a long weekend) it would be fine. We rented it for a month and found we were getting irritated by the furniture by week 3.

We stayed here for a few days, and were disappointed to say the least. It looks like an old resort that cannot afford enough people to keep it up. The pool was not available the week we were there, and even though the property said they told the 3rd party owners that it wasn't available, that information was not passed along to us. If we would have known that, we would not have made the reservation. The property said the host was the one who could refund our night, and the host said the property is the only one who could refund. The interior decor was very dated and old. Having said all that, the cornhole and pool table activiites were enjoyable, and the grounds do have potential to be very nice. It was very quiet, and the sound of the water outside was nice.

Legacy Resort

The check in processes got us off to a rocky start, we were issued door cards for building 13, when we got into the apartment we quickly realized that it hadn’t been cleaned and beds weren’t made and food still in fridge. Kind of sucked lugging all the luggage up the stairs only to take it back down to car again. Went back to reception and got issued a new room card for 6C. The receptionist was very helpful! The new issued apartment was newly renovated and very clean!! These units are huge! At the time we stayed at the resort it looked like they were undergoing a huge much needed renovation of everything!! It’s nice to see it being upgraded. It would be nice to see them upgrade the kids play ground and maybe add some more activities in the middle. Definitely worth the stop and stay! Will go back for another stay ! curious to see their upgrade & resort renovation progress :) Definitely worth the $140/night we paid. I’m sure once they upgrade the activities area. Mimi golf/kid play ground etc, it will be even nicer!

Lovely

It was a great experience. We were located close to some good restaurants and within a very close drive to Flagler Pier. The pool was warm and very clean. As an added bonus we loved the fan in the master bedroom.

Perfect to relax

This place is clean, amazing, all the condos face the center views of the water fountains, mini golf, tennis courts, pool, sand volleyball and covered activity center which held a pool table and ping-pong table, and picnic bench & lounge chairs. The condo itself is huge. Two bedrooms, two full baths, full kitchen, dining area, living area & balconies with table and chairs. Office staff and security guards are courteous. This is more of a family vacation spot, 10 min to beach and stores all around. Daytona outlet mall is about an hour away and is fantastic for shopping.
