Nice place. Great views of the waterway. We mostly eat in so well equiped kichen was good. Overall positive stay but unfortunate that several nights upstairs neighbors choose to conduct kung fu or judo or something between 11 and 1 at night. Even so would come back again

Great place

The condo was spacious and well equipped. The screened in porch was a great place to sit and watch the activity on the river.The grounds are great for walking.

Great condo, stinky community

The condo was great. Weekend was wonderful. However, there was no guard in the guardhouse to give us a parking pass/ key fob/ etc. after entering my drivers license, the gate opened. I never received a pass, but I did get a citation. Once again when leaving, there was no one in the gatehouse to discuss the citation with. Our second registered vehicle didn’t get in on his drivers license alone. Someone came on the phone at the gate and gave him a hard time, saying the owners were out of town. He finally got in without a pass, and he didn’t get a citation. Crazy.

Tidelands was great for the family

We own a rental in nearby Flagler beach and needed a place to stay for a few nights before our place opened up. This place was perfect for us and especially our 18 month old. He had a LOT of fun with the community amenities, especially the pool and getting to take nice walks on the path that winds around the community on the intercoastal waterway. The unit itself is designed great and had the perfect amount of space for all four of us. It’s in a great location with the beach only being a 5 minute drive across the bridge, and they give you a toll card to use for it too! We would definitely stay here again if we needed a place nearby our home.

Beautiful Peace of Paradise

This property was absolutely beautiful! It is in the perfect location providing easy access to stores, beaches, and dining. The grounds are well kept and the landscaping is very serene. The condo is immaculate. It gets a perfect score for cleanliness and it has everything that you need to make yourself feel at home. I loved the large patio over looking the canal and the walking path right outside the door. The dolphins swam by and said hello in the mornings. The condo is a short walk away from the pool and the fishing pear is in the backyard. Instructions were clear and easy to follow. Check in and out could not have been easier. I lost the email with check in instructions. The owner and management company replied immediately and resent the email. I will plan to stay here again and I hope it will be available for my next trip! If this condo is available BOOK IT before it goes! You will not regret it.

Beautiful place! So close to the intercoastal!

Excellent! Best king mattress I've ever slept on. 50 yards to the dock and intercoastal was great. Fishing was convenient. Beautiful view. Place was spacious, great pool and hot tub, and would rent again. Close parking is limited at times, but was still worth it.

Perfect Condo, close to beaches

This was an excellent place to stay, so close to so many amazing beaches. The property was very clean and spacious, nice kitchen, good rooms and beds. We especially loved that they had beach chairs, beach towels, a cooler and a boogie board, as we went to 5 different beaches in 5 days, and then came back and relaxed at night in the 2 amazing pools. Definitely one of the best VRBO' rentals we have ever stayed at.

Perfect Vacation Home

We stayed in this condo for 2 nights but I wish we'd had more time. It's a lovely home with everything we needed for 6 adults. They provided parking passes for 3 vehicles, an access pass for the front gate AND an access pass for the toll bridge for free access to the beach. The home was well appointed and we would DEFINITELY stay here again. We enjoyed our morning coffee sitting in the large covered patio, walked the paths along the intercostal waterway daily, and enjoyed being poolside, too. The pools are beautiful and have a great assortment of seating areas (including covered gazebos with privacy curtains) with plenty of room for owners as well as guests. The hosts were EXTREMELY responsive to our inquiries and just really nice people -- very helpful in ensuring our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. In addition, the beach and fantastic seafood restaurants on the beach are close by... 10-15 minute drive (north Flagler Beach has the Funky Pelican and the Anchor -- GREAT food!) The only thing "missing" for our group was seating for all 6 people at the dining table. This was a Siblings weekend getaway. My sisters, my brother and I love to play games so we used the dining table as our game table (and puzzle table), too. To accommodate all six of us, we slid the table in front of the couch so we had seating for 2 more at the table. It would be much nicer if there were 2 additional chairs (even folding chairs) to accommodate up to 6 people (which is the maximum for sleeping arrangements for this rental). Other than that, EVERYTHING we needed was provided -- towels, linens, internet access, a fully supplied kitchen, and a washer/dryer. Thanks for letting us stay in your beautiful home. We had a GREAT weekend!

Wonderful Condo on the Inter-coastal Waterway

My siblings and I rented this condo for the weekend and had a fantastic time! Everything was as advertised -- VERY clean and well appointed... everything you expect and need in kitchen and bathroom supplies. The pool was fantastic and the condo backed to the Inter-coastal Waterway with a wonderful walking path. Best of all, the hosts were super nice and VERY responsive to our questions. It's a gated community, but they ensured we had immediate access and then parking passes and a gate pass, a toll pass for the bridge to the beach and the pool gate key. Everything was well organized in this home. We had a terrific time. We'll definitely rent again when in the area. Highly recommend!
