Within minutes to Wickford Village, Vineyards, Newport & Narragansett, lots to do and see! This Charming 4 bed 3 bath, Central air, Cape Style home has it all! Large fenced in yard, In-Ground pool with safety fence around it, POOL HOUSE w/ bar, goldfish and tadpole pond, Fire-pit area, beautifully landscaped yard w/apple trees & small vegetable/herbal garden. An oasis in the middle of everything!!! Wickford Village, Gooseneck Vineyard and NK Town Beach, just a 5 minute drive away. You may obtain a temporary North Kingstown Town Beach pass for your visit for $25(obtainable at the town website)

Wonderful house for our family vacation

Tricia’s property was perfect for our family of 6 adults and two children. We enjoyed the pool daily. The location is great for exploring Wickford, Newport, Narragansett, and Mystic. Highly recommend!!!

We truly enjoyed our stay at this home. It was super clean and had everything our family needed for a coastal vacation. The house is in a great location with easy access to Newport, Narragansett, Providence and more. Our hostess was very thoughtful, even leaving cookies and s’more ingredients for us to enjoy. Would love to stay again.

Great property

Property was very clean and Well maintained. Great outdoor spacing kids and dog loved it. Family really enjoyed the pool area. Would definitely recommend and come back to.

Lovely Stay

We spent a week at this lovely north Kingston home with family. It was very clean, well organized and well stocked, with a beautiful backyard and pool. The neighborhood is quiet with attractive homes. The surrounding areas are filled with good restaurants and the local beach had calm water and a terrific children's playground. The owners were very responsive to questions and helped with suggestions for things to do and places to eat. Would recommend.

Friends & family

Reunion and recreation. House was large enough for everyone and the pool was in great condition and enjoyed by many of the guests. We visited the nearby town of Wickford several times and Scarborough beach was a favorite. Rhode island is just a few hours' drive for us but we found it a wonderful new vacation resource. We much enjoyed our conversations with the "locals."

Beautiful rental with inground pool!

We had a nice time and loved the yard, pool and home! Quiet neighborhood with a gorgeous yard about 20 minutes from Narrangansett and Newport. Clean and well maintained. The owners were friendly and very responsive. We would welcome the opportuntiy to return. Thank you!

Very nice quaint house

The house was nice. Pool was great for the family. We had a few friends visit as well. Central air worked great. There’s a small town beach about 10 min away. There were baked cookies waiting for us when we arrived. I thought that was a nice gesture. House was well stocked. There was shampoo available as well as laundry detergent. There a stackable in the first floor bathroom. Even though we live in RI, all in all it was a nice get away for the week. Dawn D

Great vacation home

House is wonderful, has all the comforts of home. Exceptionally clean. Kids loved the freshly baked cookies and s’mores supply 😋 my youngest son loved feeding the fish once a day. Love a of room to spread out, easy access to Newport and beaches.

Great spot!

We loved having our own pool abd space for the dog. Property is well maintained, easy to simply show up and have fun!
